This time there was no availability for a single room so I booked a double room. Imagine my surprise when I was told that they were the same room and the staff were very surprised as tom this. I would say for 2 people the room would e very cramped. This would appear to be a way of increasing income.... More

Hi Everyone. Back to India again. Twice in a month. This is a first for me. So hello to all readers again. I will review the Park Plaza lounge at New Delhi domestic departures. I haven't been to the lounge at International Departures. I arrived at New Delhi IGI T3 by Air India on 21st May morning at 01:20 am.... More

I had an eight hour layover here and thought of taking in some sights, but didn't fancy the vast gaggle of touts outside the exit. It was well located just beside the entrance and lift to international departures. There is a small lounge area with seating just past reception and a corridor to the right as you enter with a... The rooms here really fit the purpose. If you have a long-hour layover at Dedlhi Airport you should consider reserving a room here. It it small but comes with a bed and bathroom plus shower, more than enough for some shut-eye or even a deeper sleep if needed. The Lounge is located right next to the international arrivals exit and... More

I have used their resting rooms a couple of times while in transit. They are OK. Small rooms that fit the purpose of a couple hours of sleep. Good shower/bathroom in room. Bed could be more comfortable. Ventilation is on the noisy side. If you don't require a space where you can turn off a light and close the door,... More

Stayed here in transit at IGI-T3. Location: Excellent. In the arrivals area of T3 towards the international side (right hand side when facing the building). Great to be able to check in within minutes of claiming baggage. Room condition: Small. If you have a lot of luggage, there is very limited space in the room. Also, i would think 2... More

Had a huge flight in from Australia via Dubai and with a 6 hour stop over in Delhi this was exactly what I needed. The shower was perfect, the pedicure was refreshing, and the staff were very welcoming. I used it on the way out of Delhi four weeks later and it was just as relaxing and refreshing before a... More

We found out that our booking at the Eaton Smart Hotel would not be honored because we were transiting to a domestic flight in the morning after arriving at 2am. If there had been a room available at THIS lounge in the International arrivals area we would have stayed here because the facility is new and seemingly in good order.... More

I stayed there on 23rd Sep 12, The rooms are not big if you are space conscious, but its neat and clean with an attached glass shower room separated by a wall and available towels if you are not carrying your own, the staff are helpful and you get a free bag lift, though the spa and massage rooms are... This is a very good solution for those arriving at Delhi Airport in the middle of the night. Immediately after customs it means that you can sleep withing 30 minutes of arrival in India (depending on immigration). I booked in advance for a 6 hour rest. Room fully equipped and I slept and showered before I left. I arrived at... More
