A great place to relax, not sure why people couldn't find it in some of the reviews... It's sign posted as soon as you clear customs. Well worth the money to relax after an over night flight. Definitely recommend staying before connecting onwards.... Recharged and ready to go.... Ps lovely coffee and jeera biscuits!!

Having all the required amenities for a lounge for short sit before your flight. Not to expect too much. Food range & beverage range is OK but can be included with few more items. Also, not having anything for kids or childrens.

I stayed at this transit hotel overnight in between flights. We exited the international customs area and it was right on the left inside the terminal. It was booked on the spot fairly easily - don't use it as a lounge, use it just as a hotel. The room was fairly decent and was clean. Bathroom was very good. My... More

Uncomfortable seats, limited food selection, feels more like your sitting in the concourse of the airport than in a separate area from the masses. Only good thing is they have cold beer however only one brand. Unfortunate that United Airlines partners with this lounge.

We booked a reservation for two nap rooms and prepaid ahead of our arrival. After the craziness at Delhi immigration, we looked for the place and couldn't locate it in the arrivals area. We called the numbers on our reservation printout, and either got a continuous busy signal or no answer for over an our. Finally, we were asked to... More

I am sitting inside the place (I have reservations to call it a "Lounge") while writing the review, it noting but a place having few chairs and wifi is available. No breakfast will be provided, you can ask for water, tea, coffee and juices only (i believe that too is limited) Most pathetic part is THERE IS NO WASHROOM until... More

The most horrible lounge I have ever seen, even the lounges for small airlines like Sri Lankan in colombo are better off than this. How can airlines like European carriers have a tie up here. Most Horrible food, in air you get better, the most horrible wash room where you don't have anything except the tissue and the most horrible... More

I am sitting in this so-called lounge right now. It looks nothing like the pictures. It's a dark room with a handful of lounge chairs. There is no food. They do offer tea, coffee and water if you ask. If you get in for free using your priority pass, then fine, but definitely not worth paying for. I intended to... More

I arrived from an international flight at Delhi airport, having booked a nap and shower room well in advance. There were no signs pointing toward the lounge and, after having asked three separate airport/airline/janitorial staff where I needed to go I was ushered towards the security checkpoint. I specifically pointed to the text on my booking confirmation that said it... More
