Booking this is not particularly easy. You have to email back and forth trying to find out which services to select as it is not clear on the site, then you need to provide departure details, passport etc etc, Then finally, they send you a link to pay, UK residents have to use an AMEX card and if you are... Different readers may be reviewing different "Plaza Premium" Lounges in the Delhi airport, as I believe there are a couple. I used the Plaza Premium Lounge in the domestic arrivals section of Delhi airport. My flight left at 230AM and I very much wanted to get a bit of sleep after arriving early evening on a domestic flight. For my... More

I havent stayed there yet but I was planning to. I needed information on the fare and hourly reservations as I needed a sleeping space for 3-4 hours. I needed information urgently as my travel plan got changed suddenly after my international flight was rescheduled. I had not planned on sleeping on the airport but now I had to after... More

Instead of having the hassle with the prepaid cabs outside and drivers with no clue at all or the rush hour in Delhi if you have only a few hours to kill, you better go to the Lounge. its not a cheap thing but worth it. 5 min after baggage claim you can be in a clean bed in a... More

No updated information about boarding. Tried to ask staff at the lounge desk 3 times, but was treated as a stupid girl: "Please, sit down, the staff will come to you." Then the lady is comming with the message: "Boarding started already, and you have long way to go!" If you were not stressed by 6 hrs delay yet, you'll... More

Stopped by this lounge on a recent layover in Dehli. This has to be one of the worst airport lounges I've ever seen. Unhelpful staff (true to the rest of the airport), poor accommodations and horrible food. One of my colleagues actually paid to gain access. What a waste. Other travelers in our group were denied access with Delta Diamond... More

Why United use this lounge I will never know. Should do deal with Lufthansa who now have own lounge and is very nice. Lounge is grubby, cramped and food limited and very poor. Drinks are served grudgingly. I did not but I really would not waste money if you have to pay for this.

I am not much of a fan of lounges at airports. Much of the time they can be very busy and food can be overcooked as it has stood heated for lengthy periods of time. I was pleasantly surprised by its spacious and comfortable feel and was welcomed by very polite and kind staff. Food was very acceptable. Free WiFi... More

Arrived feeling exhausted and run down at T3 with a nine hour layover. Had booked Sam's Snooze, but couldn't get a boarding pass until three hors before the flight and hence couldn't get through immigration to access it. Was very relieved to find the Premium Lounge. I thought it decent value for six hours (and they gave an extra hour... More

Spent a few hours in the Plaza Premium lounge. Chairs were comfortable but food was just ok. Internet did not work properly while I was there. The lounge is physically open air to the rest of the airport so noise was higher than I would have liked while trying to nap. There were some seats that did not look too... More
