Well located next to Lodhi gardens, it makes for a great spot. An early morning walk around there before breakfast is quite a treat. It is a haven, very peaceful in noisy Delhi. The rooms are somewhat dated and minimalist. It is best suited for people attending functions here. The room rates vary a lot, depending on memberships, etc. I... More

Fantastic location! Great ambience! Caring staff ! As a "centre" and not a hotel , it has limited services and facilities but very adequate for my needs. Good compact rooms, very basic in many ways, but good functionality. the facilities of the lounge , bar, dining are exclusive and member focused. Beautiful gardens and outdoors, Lodhi gardens across the fence!

IIC is the intellectual hub of the national capital. Only members or their guests can stay at the hostel. It's a place buzzing allover with activities, be it seminar halls, committee rooms, library, auditorium and even lawns. Food is superb and the staff is friendly and efficient.

I stayed here while my husband had business here in Delhi. While the rooms are very basic and a little run down the grounds around the hotel are lovely and it is right next door to Lodhi gardens. Fantastic! Great for early morning walks. The food in the restaurants here is very nice. Staff are friendly. I would definitely stay... More

I thought I was going to stay at the main block but I was told I would be put up in the Annexe , just a couple of minutes away in an adjacent street . The rooms are pleasant , inviting and well done . I was fortunate to have the room on the third floor as the view is... More

The India International Centre is a little oasis in the midst of the rush of Delhi. It has a superb reading room and also a library. The rooms are basic but comfortable (free wifi available) and the surroundings are beautiful, with a pond, a garden and good, reasonably priced food. Many conferences and seminars are organised here around the year,... More

1. Convenient location - premium area - next to Lodhi Garden 2. Value for money - though the ground floor rooms are inferior to those on first and second floor 3. The best thing about IIC is its dining - spacious, simple, outstanding food, value for money 4. Nice service 5. Open surroundings

With modest space in rooms, reasonably well kept and with an excellent location in near central New Delhi. The vegetarian food in dining hall is marvellous. Particularly enjoyable are the regular series of cultural programmes and events - ranging from classical to quite upbeat with professional performers.

You can only book a room if you are a member or through one. Excellent location, moderate prices, and very good food. Rooms are cozy. Ask for garden facing rooms in the main block. First floor is good. Centrally air-conditioned - a good thing in Delhi in summer. Try the ginger pudding with custard sauce...very exclusive...or the apple pie -... More

Although a bit old fashioned now, the rooms are soothingly done up in nice fabrics. The IIC staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, the tea fragrant. A nice view of Lodhi gardens, complete with babblers, bulbuls, Kites, parrots... Truly a respite, and very convenient too
