Normally I don't like to complain but this hotel ignored what I ask three times. There were TV,fridge, charger plug,wi-fi not working.asked two times at night the day we checked in,no show even they said coming to check. Again in the morning too. I was so mad and asked discount room rate or to change the room. they fixed charger... More

Its a very good hotel, nicely located on the main road in paharganj area. The hotel gives a premium feel and is well decorated with antiques and statues. The lobby area is very spacious and clean. The rooms too are good, with proper ventilation and clean washrooms. The room has all the amenities including a.c., t.v. & even a small... More

I looked at a lot of hotels in the Pahar Ganj area; all the hotels in the 1,300 and under a lower quality with varying degrees of cleanliness, depending on your level of tolerance. I had just stayed at Holiday Hotel International for 1,300rs per night where they use cock roach spray as room freshener and flipping the sheets is... More

Dear Sir/ Madam First of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience faced by you. There seems to be some confusion regarding the information on luxury tax laws that you have mentioned. Both the times when you were asked to pay luxury tax it wasn't to cheat you. Luxury Tax is applicable on room tariff not over Rs.1000/-... More

I stayed at the Relax five times, always when I'm in Delhi (last stay: 03/2012). Location: a bit aside from Main Bazaar, overlooking the street market from the balcony, great view. It's easy to reach all Pahar Ganj with restaurants and bars and New Delhi station by foot. Metro station is about five minutes walking distance. Rooms: nothing special. Rooms... More

I met some loyal guests. Most of them are goods traders from different countries attracted by low prices around this area. No backpackers around. Every floor has an adorable indian style lounge and a garden. Rooms are old, but big and confortable. Bathrooms are better than guest houses in Paharganj. Noise from the street are permanent. Bring any source of... More
