We stayed the Leela while in Dehli. For some reason our reservation was cancelled but after a short wait things were sorted out. They took care of the wifi charges as compensation. The rooms are very nice, the hotel is quiet considering you are in Delhi this is a very good thing! Breakfast buffet was great and the Javamar restaurant... More

Despite arriving at the hotel extremely frazzled (and even a little bad tempered) after a long day of travelling, we were, within seconds, grinning from ear to ear. The welcome we received was wonderful and the attentive service continued throughout our stay. This is a POSH hotel, with no expense spared in terms of decor. We tried two of the... More

I accompanied my husband on a Business trip to India and we stayed at the Leela for our 1st and last night in Delhi, if you want sheer luxury, opulance and outstanding service then this is the hotel for you. In all my worldly travels and probably 1000's of hotel stays I without a doubt put the Leela at 1... More

This is the way to enter Delhi and India, and the way to leave again. It is also the way to experience Delhi. We had stayed at The Leela before, and were looking foreward to the soothing luxury and beauty. With less than two weeks in India, a challenging travel schedule ahead, we decided to book the BMW service to... More

Rarely have I seen such fantastic, dramatic, and luxurious execution of a property . The staff is an inspired ensemble so content well mannered and trained. You are greeted at the entrance by layers of warm and kind management. It's grounds and amenities are the very best. Manicured gardens beautiful and jaw dropping lobby and did I mention. BEST POOL EVER... More

We wanted somewhere special to round off a 2 week trip and chose the Leela based on the feedback here but our experience was so poor we decided to move hotel. I emailed the Leela to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 8). They said we needed to book a Premier Room or larger so we booked... More

Four nights in the best hotel we have ever visited. Obviously not the most economical choice but we enjoyed our entire stay. The staff were unfailingly polite and genuinely friendly. Ate in the Qube and Megu (prix fixe lunch is good value and substantial - unusual for a Japanese restaurant?) A hotel organised tour to Agra was particularly successful, good... More

What a great hotel: everything was perfect. The hotel staff was attentive to my every need. The rooms are plush and clean. The restaurants are world-class. I enjoyed their immense buffet breakfast; a casual, yet hip dinner at Qube, their modern, multi-cusion restaurant and an elegant, traditional Indian dinner at Jamavar. I also had great drinks and snacks at the... More

I had a total of three nights here at the Leela. One night at the start of my holiday and two nights at the end. My only comparison to a delhi hotel is Imperial which i stayed at last year. Unfortunately the first night , the hotel was the venue for a very high profile wedding. The noise in the... More

Thank you very much for sharing your highlights as well as observations of your recent stays with us. We are disheartened to receive such endorsement and apologise for the unexpected celebratory noise disturbances that were unfortunately beyond our control. I have taken note of your experience in our all-day-dining restaurant and am sorry that we were unable to deliver on... More
