It is sad to say, but Sun Village is one of the worst experiences you may have in search of a decent hotel in Pahar Ganj. It seems that the owner doesn't care of anything, expecially maintenance and cleanliness must sound like a strange foreign language for the management. What do they offer for a whopping 800 to 1.000 INR?... More

Sun Village is located in a backstreet of the backpacker district of Paharganj. We stayed for one night. For people on a budget it is entirely appropriate. The double room with air conditioning costs about 15 euros. At night, the area is a little creepy. The front desk was helpful and gave us an airport transfer for 400 rupees (about... More

Stayed here for one night. We paid 800 rupees for an air conditioned double room with a balcony. I thought the room was ok for the price. It was no dirtier than a lot of hotels in Pahar Ganj and cleaner than some. Didn't eat there so can't comment on that. Ordered chai and it took a while. I think... More

I happened to stay here for a couple of days when I was on a business trip to Delhi. Lift was not working. Rooms were old. Room service was just OK. But the stay was not so bad. Stay here only if you are not having any other option.

We stayed in Paharganj on our arrival to and departure from India. Getting in we paid 800 INS for a basic room, clean enough at Vishal. Getting out we stayed at Sun Village for 1200 INR. Admittedly Sun Village has more hotel trappings in the form of a proper lobby, decor in the rooms and elevator. But if the goal... More

The hotel advertised @ orbitz.com for free airport transfer. All information was provided to them like name of airline, city of departure, date & time of arrival & what terminal. When we arrived @ the airport, nobody came to pick us up. We called the hotel & was told to get a taxi & not to worry for they'll take care... More
