Unfortunatelly average sort of quality of accomodation in India - dirty rooms, especially toilet, dirty towels and sheet. And watch out for cheater, who works in hotel and sell train tickets, bus tickets and offers you "cheap" sightseeing. He sell us trainticket from Delhi to Agra for 360Rs, but real price was 90Rs. It´s very unfair man a don´t buy... More

Sir you had booked the Ticket in TATKAL (Emergency) the charges of which are always higher(In this case Rs.360 Inclusive of service charge). The price of Rs.90 is applicable to normal ticket booking and NOT the emergency booking. You are requested verify your facts and withdraw the wrong opinion about our business. More

First of all I have to admit that this is a perfect place for backpackers. The hotel is located very near to the Railway station. Just 5 mins of walk is required. Beware of the touts who can misguide you about a particular hotel. Do not believe them. Apart from the location, I was greeted well at the hotel. The... More

This hotel is one of three properties under the same owner (also including Hotel Star View and Hotel Star Paradise). I initially booked in an advance at Hotel Star Palace because it was less expensive online than the others. The hotel organized an airport pick up for me that I later learned was two times the going rate for a... More

Well I was going to another hotel but because it was fully occupied I landed in Hotel Star Palace, but then I found the hotel was renovated recently and it gave the hotel a much cleaner look... but it was all disguise as the hotel is struggling in service and cleanliness of the rooms.. another average stay in Paharganj hotels... I booked a room in that hotel and when I arrived, receptionist took me to the hotel next door: The Hotel Star Paradise. I just don't like to book a room in a hotel and be given another room in another hotel without any explanation.

We had a room without a window when we asked with a window. It was dirty and there was no electricity most of the time. They were doing loud works in the hotel and it was hard to sleep in the morning. The location itself is very good.

We stayed in this Hotel for one Night. Stay away from this Hotel! Dirty Sheets, always noisy and very bad Restaurant! Not worth the Money! The only good thing about this Hotel is the Position on the Main Bazaar Road. You can walk from the New Delhi Railway Station and there are a lot of Nice Shops on the same... More

We booked this hotel through Agoda so it was on my credit card when we arrived in New Delhi. When being shown our room, a young man came hastily out of it... he was catching a nap and the sheets had dirty footprints. Also, the resting place for several young men was just beside the door to the room. This made... More

I staid in this hotel located in Paharganj Main Bazar Road a few times in 2005-2007. I remembered it as a cheap, dunk and dirty place, whose only benefit was its proximity with the New Delhi train station and main monuments in Old Delhi. I came back in March 2012 and noticed significant improvements. Most rooms have been completely renewed... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night in Dec. 2011 because I needed to take a train to go to Agra in the eary morning. There are so many guest houses at Main Bazar and it is a little difficult to find a nice and cheap one, but this hotel is worth to stay for back packers! The rooms... More
