Stayed there on several instances. Booking done by my office admin. Honestly, I didn't quite like the hotel when I first saw it 2 years ago. But gradually they became a hotel of choice due to their service and cleanliness. Not a true value for money place. Has a tub but hot water is from the Geyser, lack of electrical points, small rooms, no tea coffee machines, however the staff is generally good, the front desk is polite, the food is ok, location is good.

I stayed at Arien International 3 times. It's located on a quiet street in Kalkaji, South-Delhi. The best thing is that there is hardly any traffic on that street, so I could sleep well - a rare experience in Delhi. The rooms were really clean. The receptionists proved to be reliable. Though about an hour from the airport, this hotel served our purposes. Don't think Holiday Inn, it's more comparable to a family owned motel in the US.
