booked a room via booking.com. When we arrived, the road to the hotel had been cornered off and wouldn't open until later in the day. Called hotel, staff obviously just woken up. Said they couldn't help us. Kept hanging up and making excuses. AND we were charged despite not staying. AVOID AVOID

I've stayed here twice. The first back in February 2008 and the second time in November 2011. The rooms were alright, but not great.
