Casa Cayuco is one of those rare vacations in life where every detail is accounted for, nothing feels rushed yet every day is filled with memories. Suzanne and Dave, with the aid of their dedicated staff, make you feel more like guests in their home than clients in a hotel. Casa Cayuco is situated on the far side of Isla... More

What a special little get-a-way on a tiny island off of Bocas Del Toro. You'll feel like you are private guests staying at Suzanne and Dave's home (well you actually are!). Be as active or laid back as you want to be, join a tour, read a novel, hang out in a hammock all afternoon. The day is yours. I... More

This place was as enchanting, perhaps even more so, as on our first visit. As we had enjoyed the place so much in 2014, we stayed longer this time - and it still seemed too short. Suzanne and Dave are wonderful welcoming hosts, their staff was excellent and the food was also very very good. One has a choice of... More

I traveled to Panama in September of 2014 with a friend of mine. We stayed a night in the City and then took off to this amazing resort. It was more delightful then one could imagine. The stay was excellent, the service was hands down amazing, the rooms were stunningly dressed in the most beautiful wood that made waking up... More

This place was nothing but Amazing. If you want to travel to a place to get away from the real world this is it. The couple that owned the resort treated us like royalty. The beautiful beaches, delicious fresh food and hosts that offer different activities to do every minute, blew me away. I plan on bringing anyone special in... More

I visited Casa Cayuco in March 2014 for the first time. It was amazing from start to finish. I have traveled around the world and I am no stranger to exotic and exciting places. Dave and Suzanne's Eco Resort was nothing short of amazing. The weather was perfect, the food was excellent and well prepared. We had plenty of food... More

Located on a beautiful beach and surrounded by trees, this hotel has potential to deliver much more! Obviously the bad weather throughout our 4-day stay made us a little grumpy, since there is absolutely nothing to do. So, before coming, check the weather forecast! The staff, led by a young American couple who also owns the hotel, has half a... More

We want to start by apologizing for not meeting the expectations of this guest. Even though we are always very disappointed when we let any guest down, this particular review is actually accurate to a point. It also shows the importance of research when choosing where to spend your valuable vacation days. I believe our website in combination with the... More

We spent 5 nights at Casa Cayuco, and it was among the best holidays we have ever had. We were in the cabin Pelicano, with a porch overlooking the beach and the jungle in the back. Accommodations were very comfortable. The owners, Suzanne and Dave, took care of all our needs, always cheerfully. The food was wonderful, with locally caught... More

Casa Cayuco is FANTASTIC. From the first moment to the last, Dave, Suzanne and then entire staff were awesome. The food was unbelievable. We vacation often and would put their staff up against anyone. Could not have had a better time.

Our family of four (kids 14 and 11) spent four nights at Casa Cayuco in December and had a fantastic time. It's a truly special place. The owners Dave and Suzanne, along with their wonderful staff, treat every guest as family. Food was excellent and Suzanne was great about dealing with my daughter's nut allergy. We really enjoyed dining communally... More
