not that its a bad place, it is very nice and well kept, the breakfast is delicious and the room is nice, but its not worth the price. you can get similar accomodations in Isla Colon for much less. The only extra we saw was the oeanfront location, but we did not go to Bocas to sit around in the... more

We just loved this place. We came in on the ferry. Jumped off the ferry and grabed a taxi boat to Cocomo. It cost us $2 for 4 of us and we were dropped off right on Cocomos deck with Douglas, the owner, there to greet us. He grabed our bags and showed us around. One of the first things... more

I have been curious about Bocas del Toro for quite a while. I finally planned a short trip this past June. We selected this Bed & Breakfast hotel from the internet and the good reviews. We were not disappointed. Nice clean room, plenty of hot water. The breakfast was fabulous and it was included in the price of the room.... more

I spent 3 weeks in Cocomo in July. I had a great time there. Cocomo is a small bead and breakfast with 4 rooms. I was lucky, as I had one of the rooms at the back, which are a bit quieter. The rooms at the front are directly on the breakfast deck, so if people are chatting at breakfast... more

I chose Cocomo on the Sea for my 8-year old son and myself because of the description and the beautiful photos on their website. The reality exceeded those expectations. At this small, friendly hotel, the guests eat a generous and delicious breakfast together at the same table, overlooking the ocean. The owner is living his own life in the house... more

Cocomo is a small B&B with beautiful tropical garden right on the water, in fact the rooms and deck are over the water and you can hear it lapping against the shore at night. The host Doug is a great guy and provides a beverage cooler in the shared hall where you can grab an ice cold beer and settle... more

My adult (23 yrs. old) daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights, unfortunately during a terrible weeklong rainstorm. We didn't get to see the beaches, but our room was nice, the location perfect- just a short walk to the main town, but far enough away that we weren't bothered by noise of music or anything of the downtown bars... more

Cozy rooms (with air conditioning!!), free kayaks, awesome waterfront deck, amazing breakfast, and a very helpful staff and owner. Stay here, it is a couple minutes walk from all the action downtown but without all the noise. Wonderful place to get away from it all. Ask the owner about his friend who does private snorkel tours, it only costs a... more

Cocomo on the Sea is a cute B&B on the water of Bocas town. The decorations make this a cute little beach hotel to stay at. The room we had was big and had an air conditioner and hot water. The staff were helpful in booking excursions and recommended a great sailing/snorkeling trip. The price is great for what you... more

I really hate saying "but".... Cocomo is everything everyone has said. It kinda reminds me of an old Florida beach house in the 70's. Built to maximize the breeze, made of wood planking, with the definite feeling of "yahoo...I'm at the beach"!!! There are 4 rooms here, two that abut one another and two that don't. Ours was one that... more
