We stayed 4 nights at the Playa Bluff Lodge and the stay was simply wonderful. The gardens of the property are a menagerie of wildlife (the Sloths are a particular highlight), and the beach is simply wonderful - one of the most idyllic I have encountered. We never stayed at the lodge but we dis spend two days at the restaurant, waiting for night fall when the turtles might come ashore to nest. The owner of the restaurant, Irwen, is one of those rare people that you meet that is extremely friendly. The food is great and the conversations with Irwen are alone worth the visit.... More

This is an amazing place. Very quite, beautiful during the day and at night. Enjoyed renting the ATV and exploring the area. Great breakfast and we enjoyed staying outside of town. We will return! More
