Stayed at Costes for three nights right before the New Year's. Average accommodations ("superior" double bed room with bathroom), however highly overpriced. Hot water not working from the moment we arrived, notified the reception, were told that it would be fixed. We walked in off the street without reservations and they were very accomodating in getting us a clean room at 8am (way before check in) and advising us that we had to move to a smaller room the next day for the remainder of our trip. My husband and I had a great stay at SHC. We stayed for 11 nights in the end of February. Staff was great in correcting anything that was wrong.
