This is a great little hostal in Bocas. For $35 a night (with aircon) we had a decent sized room which was cleaned every day without us having to ask. There is a kind of kitchen (a tiny area at the water-side with a sink and some plates/cups and a kettle) which would be greatly improved if they just got... More

Terrific place to stay on bocas isla. This small quaint hotel is directing over the Almirante bay which has the most beautiful views and awesome sunsets. Run by a local family and has been In business over 10 years. It's charming , clean, and takes you back to a much simpler time. Which I can greatly admire. No wifi here... More

We stayed here for two nights on a recent visit to panama and really liked it. The host is very kind and maintains a super clean and safe hotel. Rooms have "old fashioned" decor and are very cute. It's built over the water, on stilts, and has a wonderful shared deck to enjoy the sunset on. The water is so... More

I loved this place. It was clean and off the main street so it was quiet. The woman who ran it was very sweet. The price was very affordable. The sunsets were amazing from the back deck, where you could also jump in the water. We could walk to any place in town.

For $30 a night, this is as good as it gets. Our room was dank and dark, ultimately, who's hanging out in their room in Bocas? The patio in the back overlooking the water will afford you one of the most amazing views of the sunset and place has a totally relaxed vibe all just a minute's walk or so... More

Very quiet hotel but close to the town. The terrace facing to the sea is a great place to relax. The owner sometimes appeared gruffly but she gave us some good advices on activities. The room was spacious and clean.

This is a locally owned small hotel with the back end including a deck extending back over the water. The back deck is a great place to hang out and watch the sun set. The hotel is set in a residential area off the main road which was a plus for us. Local kids played out front in the street.... More

Not in the center of town, but only 2 minutes away, this small family hotel is located in a more quiet area. The rooms are small, but adequate and most important: clean. They also have TV. The bathroom has hot water. From the patio at the back of the hotel you can jump right into the sea, lie in the... More

This was a very pleasant surprise in Bocas where hotels tend to be overpriced for the value they represent. The owner is a charming aging lady that overlooks this well managed little hotel on the waterfront. Very clean, confortable and hangers in the room! For mere 30 dollars a night with A/C, a pleasant patio on the waterfront to watch... More

These aren't the newest digs in town. What makes this place stand out is the location. If you are a morning person there is no better place to be in town than on the back porch right on the water. The sunrises are spectacular. I saw manta rays, needle fish and other sea creatures while sipping my morning coffee (which... More
