Was so surprised to see how good Hoya was. The rooms were spacious, clean and most of all, the beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. There is also hotspring water boiling hot delivered straight to your room! Sat in the tub for a looong time. The public pool there was nice and hot and included a variety of massage pools... More

We were here for 1 night with a tour group. Arriving late in the evening, was determined to check out the hot spring pool. It is in the basement and only open till 11pm. Went around 9pm and it was not crowded. A cap must be worn by all but the service desk has them at NT$ 50.The hotel also... More

Our package includes 2 nights at a mountain-view guest room with nice 4 meals (2 buffet breakfast and 2 7-course dinner), 1 hour usage of the private beauty spa house, tickets of the national forest park and shuttle service. [Hot Spring] Like previous review said, you could enjoy the natural hot spring inside your own bathroom. But I have to... More

Facilities are a bit dated and the restaurant is below average. The breakfast buffet was good but the dinner was terrible. Frozen vegetables, overcooked fish, and overpriced. Rooms come with a hot spring tub which was nice. Faint smell in the room, but we were uncertain whether this was caused by smoking or the hot spring water. Fine for one... More

The concierge offered us a room upgrade upon arrival - apparently our standard twin was fully booked. We didn't mind one bit. The room was huge and very clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel's facilities were a little sparse though, other than a common pool with spa facilities and two saunas, with a mini playspace for little kids, there was... More

There are several better hot spring hotels nearby and I can assure you that anything would be better than this hotel. The hotel is huge with a few blocks but only 2 lifts serve each block. If you stay in the middle floors, you'll be better off taking the stairs down unless you don't mind spending more than 15mins waiting... More

My family loved the relaxing atmosphere that the resort offered. There was a kids' room for younger children and it was very affordable to use the computers in the internet room as well. The 4 pax room that we were given was clean and spacious. It overlooked the river, so it was very peaceful and tranquil to just gaze out... More

Visited Taiwan and this is one of the better hotels that i got. Though, i cannot say that the hotel is the best that i have been to, i would say that it should be one of the better one in Taiwan. The hot pool area, boasting water from the volcanic activity below the ground, is not too bad. The... More
