A very nice resort and surrounding area was so relaxing & cooling, trees surrounding the resort area. Some mandarin oranges tree too if you go during the fruit season. Staying inside a small caravan beautifully design with teddy bear props. Lobby has a lot giant size teddy bear. Though room is small, room is clean, tv available in the room,... More

Stayed there as a guest for the night. The room is tidy and clean. It comes equipped with TV and 2 air conditioners as the upper floor rooms are quite spacious. Though the toilet (plus bathroom) is small and compact, but it's clean and functional. The headboard of the twin beds are decorated with a rectangular mural full of bears.... More

The staffs were busy dancing and singing to welcome us while we were struggling to drag our luggages up the slopes and steps. Rooms were neat but the toilets were old and run down. The staffs were friendly, they provide a night activity with games and dances, everyone had an enjoyable time. Breakfast were terrible, could have been better. Overall,... More

Stayed at here 1 night with my family at May 2013 before going to Kaohsiung the next day. Upon reaching the resort, I can feel the good atmosphere around it as located in the woods. The hotel lobby decorated with many bear dolls and my sister's kids loving it. We stayed in a wooden architectural chalet with 2 rooms, with... More

No doubt the place is pretty old, run down and in need of a major revamp, but i would like to say that we still enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! It was part of the itinerary for our package tour. I went on this tour with my husband, 5 years old girl and 6 months old boy. The room was clean and... More

The surrounding was excellent. Away from the maddening city hustle & bustle. Sadly the rooms were run down & smell musty. The beds were sunken. We had a family from the same tour sharing the 2 storey chalet & fortunately we had the room downstairs which has an attached bath. The 2 rooms upstairs has to share a common bath.... More

My family of five, with a child and two young teenagers (me included), stayed at the Master Bear Resort for a night during our round trip of Taiwan. The resort was advertised prominently in some local travel agencies, usually offered as a "special add-on" or placed in the title itself, so we had high expectations of this family-friendly hotel. Although... More

yes indeed a very unique resort for group of family or friends. we stayed at the wooden houses instead of caravan. 3 couples to a wooden house as there's 3 rooms in a house, with upstairs and downstairs. guess u must have own transport to the resort. we stayed for a nite on a join tour. don't mind spending another... A very unique resort hotel, plenty of trees and open space, far away from the crowded and noisy cities. You get great experience staying in wooden log structures instead of concrete buildings. At night you can enjoy penning your wishes on the lighted sky-lanterns to send up to the dark sky. A scene to watch the lanterns slowly disappearing in the... More
