I will never regret that I chose to stay at lagoon paradise resort. My 2 nights' stay was great. Before checking in to this hotel I was a little worried that the food would be pricy, however, it was not expensive at all and the food tasted good. There are 2 restaurants, one is beside the lagoon and the other... More

As good as the cabanas appear when booking, just go for one of the hotel rooms! The cabanas are double the price and we really didn't think it was worth it. They are overpriced. Our cabana was dimly lit, had nothing covering a glass door and some windows, a lot of bugs, weird furniture and tired decor. It was by... More

We booked a double room with fan, which was quite clean and spacious. The restaurant and pool are great. However, when we wanted to watch turtles at night, we arranged our own tuktuk driver, who was dragged into the office when he came to pick us up. Suddenly, we had to pay 500 rupees more because the tuktuk driver misunderstood... More

Bumped in to a quick lunch. Such a friendly staff and a brilliant atmosphere in an absolute calm environment. Not to expect star facilities but a great place to chill and relax. Will go back there for sure!

The hotel is a very good place to stay with a huge property and has a swimming pool and a Spa as well with a private Lagoon. The restaurant can serve good options for vegetarians like me and the Manager and owners are friendly and helpful .

This is an average hotel but over priced. Rooms were clean and comfortable but the AC will not work if there is a power cut. Hotel generators are not powerfull enough to run AC even when there were very few rooms in use. While we were there, there was a city power cut from 8.00AM to 5.00PM, so no AC... More

The hotel and food was good. But the man agent couldn't handle a reservation properly. We made a booking for a cabana and what they offered was a deluxe room and over charged us. The prices too overprice and the value for money is very low. Food is also not so great but ok........

This is a modern hotel with an excellent location and great for a relaxing stay. It has spacious leafy green grounds, a lovely big pool and 2 restaurant areas - one next to the lagoon and one next to the beach. The restaurant at the beach (across the bridge over the lagoon) is ideal for a sunset meal or drink,... More

As we had booked through a travel agent in Colombo we weren't sure what to expect, but are more than delighted with the standard of our accommodation, service , food and location. Rooms are spacious, air conditioned, bathroom is enormous, and although we were on ground floor, no sea view, but could hear the sea, loud and clear. It's probably... More

We (2 adults, 2 girls of 4yrs) spent five days at this hotel in May 2014. As main season starts in July, we were mostly the only guests, but never felt unwelcome. The garden cabana was nice and tidy, the two restaurants delicious. The kids loved the large pool. As we have encountered several times in Sri Lanka, all meals... More
