Yes, my third visit to this hotel in as many years, I must say it was an improvement on the last visit. It has always had high standards and it was good to see some wall painting/cleaning had been done since my last visit when I found it rather shabby. As usual the service is good, my driver took luggage... More

We stayed in 9 hotels during our tour and I find it hard to recollect much detail about the room so it was not specially good or bad. The restaurant was rather touristy. The buffet meals were somewhat global- for instance, in addition to the Sri Lankan curries, fish fingers and ham pasta were on offer. Also there was a... More

The hall is quite modern but the welcome drink is an industrial fruit juice of a very low quality and this is not a good presentation in a tropical country like Sri Lanka where you can find nice fruits!! Our standard room number was 101 and there were a mold smell because the room was on the old part of... More

we arrived here on busiest weekend of the year (Perahera Festival) Enter town booked out, not our first choice. Asked to be moved away from road noise, and was moved to top floor at back with view over Kandy, ok for one night only.

A lovely hotel - a little bit of Kandy but only a short tut tut ride from the centre (300 rupees) - great views from the little balcony and beware of the monkeys!! Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was great and reasonable - staff friendly - free wifi excellent - excellent clean pool - laundry service cheap and efficient.... More

This hotel is out of the main city area of Kandy, but many of the hotels are located in this hillside location. It has views over the mountains and Kandy and is very pretty. Room was fine and the pool was good. Very nice to have a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the beauty of the Kandy area.... More

Room was very nice with bed decos and a small balcany. Overall I would recommend to others - make sure you get a room in view of the hotel swiming pool. There is accommodation... More

The Senani is about 2km from the centre of Kandy, but is situated high above the city. You will need to use a tuktuk (about 300 rupees) to get to the city centre. The rooms, including bathrooms, were decent, although I had no view - the window opened to a internal walkway and then to a wall of another property.... More

This is a lovely hotel set in the hills above Kandy. Superb views from many of the rooms, the restaurant and bar too. Furnished to a high standard and with free wifi and excellent pool. Breakfast was delicious. A short tuk tuk ride from the city centre, a quiet leafy area, would definitely recommend
