Nice hotel. Nice surrounding. When we contact through the telephone it seems like the staff is rude. When I spoke in Sinhala they pretended as if they do not know sinhala but only English. I did not like to communicate with them. But during our stay we realized that they are not rude. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Deluxe... More

One of the good hotels I have visited. Staffs are really helpful and they have trained to real hospitality that requires in leisure industry. The view is really beautiful and hotel is located in top of a hill. Hence, I don’t think I need to make any comment about view. Just imagine how you see the environment from a top... More

Although only a short visit for one night this hotel was excellent . Very good service and selection of food from the buffet. Our room was lovely, immaculate and with fantastic views over Kandy. Wished we could have spent longer there.

We stayed here for two nights (16th/17th June) as part of our honeymoon trip of Sri Lanka/maldives. We are a well travelled couple (traveled the world for 2yrs visiting over 14 countries low to high end). We had notified them before arrival it was our honeymoon. On our arrival we were given tea refreshments in the lobby (fantastic first impressions... More

This accommodation is what you would expect from a top end resort. Excellent service, huge buffet meals, well appointed rooms. Be aware that the location is out of Kandy somewhat, up a steep hill. Tuktuks sometimes struggle with the climb. You get what you pay for, and you pay a lot.

Beautiful setting in the mountainside, lush green surroundings. Fabulous dining on the terrace! Lovely room - great room attendants, wonderful bountiful, diverse fresh market cuisine featured a buffet breakfast with endless local and international choices! Engaging station chefs and gracious servers! First night ate dinner in the banquet hall - disappointing and lackluster choices; Second buffet dinner was fantastic -... More

Only downside is the path to the hotel. It's a bit hard to reach. The hotel staff welcomed us really well and the rooms were really good. The food was delicious as well. I had a leech hanging on to me after I walked around the hotel. There was a really nice view. Great fir romance and for family vacation.... More
