I had a bad experience during my honeymoon, the hotel is located in a forest area, very far from Airport and the road is around 4 hours. the room condition was poor, the smell was bad, insects on the ground and in the bathroom, no stop below the door and insects can enter the room easily. food is mediocre. Unless... More

The place is quiet and beautifull, the food is ok and the personnal is ok. But the rooms (biiiggg rooms; two floors!) needs a little refresh. Just sone painting and exchange one or two furnitures. But we really enjoy our stay here. And it's a little bit hard to find it.

I want to go back! Traveled here with 13 other friends on a yoga trip. Everyone was extremely impressed with the rooms and grounds. I stayed in one of the villas-wow!!! Also, the Ayurveda spa was incredible. Next time, I'd like to stay longer and enjoy the grounds more.

I must say that the location with the garden is nice. Nuff said! This was the worst hotel we stayed in when we were in Sri Lanka. Rooms does not hold any acceptable level of standard. Old and not maintained, not even painted to look good! The service is joke. We ordered a Cheeseburger to the room, got a cheeseburger... More

Good place to stay when visiting Kandy. Away from the city but provides for some relaxing family time. Food and service was very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of grounds to walk around and can drive all the way up close to the rooms, will definitely reconsider staying here on our next trip. Wish we had more time... More

Stayed here with friends for 3 nights after New Year. The hotel is situated in the hills above Kandy and provides a haven for wildlife. The hotel is comfortable and has an excellent pool. Recommended if you want total peace and relaxation. There is also a great Aryuvedic centre and I recommend the treatments to help enhance your total chill... More

Yes, nature around is very beautiful! However, we had very bad experience in this hotel. We travel a lot and can give an objective opinion. we have been taken to the room #303. We had to wait outside as they were still cleaning it. First impression was good untill we did not enter the room. Smell was terrible! No idea... More

This is our first visit at this beautiful hotel with landscaped garden. The food is fantastic and the staff is great. The rooms are very much upto standard and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there in the room. The pool is lovely too and all in all we had a great time in this hotel. The only negative point... More

This hotel is in a spectacular setting and was once a planters cottage. It was converted some years ago and is showing its age. As the hotel is built on a hillside, reception is at the lowest point and it's quite a climb to the upper rooms. There is a tuktuk on site but they seem reluctant to use it... More
