We stayed 2 nights and our family occupied all 3 rooms, so we had the place to ourselves! Great location overlooking the lake and the city. Large spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, great view, well landscaped garden, large dining room and excellent hot breakfast! What more can one ask for! Its surely a hidden gem!

A lovely place from which to explore Kandy. Great views from 2 of the bedrooms. An easy Tuk Tuk ride into town. A shame that the sheets were old,( cotton ones would be better). And fresh coffee would be a bonus. Otherwise, very friendly and helpful.

We stayed there one night and it was a wonderful stay. The couple who looked after the hotel is very friendy and her cooking is amazing! very decent place. They have three rooms and only two rooms are facing to the Kandy city. They serve nice breakfast with tasty Ceylon tea! Rooms are very specious and clean. I would suggest... More

We stayed here for two nights at the start of our holiday and thought it was a lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean with beautiful views and in a great location with just a two minute tuk tuk ride to the centre of town. Very helpful staff who also organise very reasonably priced taxis on request. Excellent breakfast too.

Although initially a little tricky to find (take a map and note down the address), this place was fantastic, and set the bar very high for the rest of our trip. Great sized rooms with view of the lake, good bathroom, and absolutely everything was spotless. we were the only ones there, and at breakfast the couple who look after... More

Yes this place is slightly out of Kandy (about 15mins walk up or down a hill), but that was actually quite nice as kandy can be a bit smoggy. The manager and his wife were lovely and welcomed us to the house. Our room was really spacious and very clean. We had a balcony that looked out over kandy. Also...after... More

Nice views from this hill top location. Only 3 rooms and we had room number 1 which is the largest room and best view of the lake from the balcony. The 2nd room has a balcony but on the side. The 3rd room has no balcony and no view. The dining and kitchen area is downstairs, so is TV. Coffee/tea... More

36 bed and breakfast gives a great location to explore Kandy and the surrounding area. The view from the balconies is stunning. The staff are super friendly and whilst their english isn't great the were able to explain about the cities and transport options etc and the breakfast was superb. We travelled all across Sri Lanka on our honeymoon and this guesthouse was without a doubt in our top three, maybe even the best. It has three rooms in a very modern house (2012) with a beautiful view. We got a great deal online and really enjoyed our stay here with perfect beds, such nice rooms, and a good shower.... More
