This place is amazing! The hotel is clean, rooms are tended, food and service are great. The view is gorgeous and as it is a kilometer out of the main city hustle, on the hill, it is quiet and peaceful. We forgot a bag in the hotel, and they got our driver's phone number and notified us. Wonderful experience.

We stayed in a double room with A/C and had a great view over the jungle. The staff was nice, although one of the guys kept talking about tours we could do with him, which was a little bit annoying. The other man was really nice and helpful though. Do not leave things on your balcony, since there are monkeys... More

small hotel about 30min walk from Kandy town. Reasonably sized room with small balcony. Clean bathroom with adequate hot water. Only problem being that there was a grid at the top of the room in the wall between the next room and we heard every sound coming from our very noisy neighbours when they arrived back at midnight. Friendly and... More

Like any place in Sri Lanka, place to stay are luxury hotel or just a guess house, but this was a nice place in between. A good bedroom, clean bathroom and average food. The only thing was waiting time for food was an hour or more for lunch or diner, small portion and a little expensive. But the service was... More

This was not one of our favourite places to stay it was ok. We did have wi-fi in our room, our room was comfortable but didn't like the huge window in our room looking out onto the landing, and you could hear people in the toilet and having a shower. Food was ok, views from the dinning room was stunning.

We stayed three nights in one of the side rooms without air con. Room facilities were good and fan worked ok, bathroom was clean except for the shower curtain was a bit mouldy. The room was very humid unless the door to the tiny balcony was open but that let mosquitos in. I think any warmer and you would need... More

We only stayed one night in Kandy and this place was on a perfect location to see the temple (10 min. walk) and to go to the Lake Club (next door) to see the danceshow. The place is so much quieter than hotels in the centre of Kandy. Dinner and breakfast on the roofterrace is very nice too. The rooms... More

Matthias, dubai“Food was good, staff were nice; View was absolutely excellent. It's not something special but it's a really nice place and it's much better than a place inside the busy noisy city. So I would rate it as a really good place for few days stay.

The hotel wasn't bad. The service was good enough for Sri Lanka. The view from the room and the restaurant was superb though. It doesn't overlook the lake, it overlooks the rolling hills that makes Sri Lanka so beautiful. It was a serene view over breakfast. The room was functional, don't expect much, but it's definitely do-able for a one-night... More

We stayed one night in this hotel. We had a room with AC and breakfast the next day. The place is simple and the rooms are basic but clean. The accommodation is 10 mins walking from the lake and the center. It is an OK place but impersonal and cold. It offers basic service and nothing extravagant but it is... More
