Just back from a two week stay at the Ramada Kalutara. Although the hotel does need a lick of paint and will be getting it next year, it is fabulous value for money. We too stayed at the Ramada in late September / Early October. I agree with whats already been said, the place is a bit tired and could use some TLC, but its nothing life threatening or dangerous.
