My Review will cover the wonders of the little Peninsula, Jaffna while I can gladly ask you to book FITS if you want to enjoy your Jaffna Package. We stayed at Expo Pavilion at the heart of the city, minutes away from the Nallur Kandaswamy Hindu temple, the famous RIO ice cream, the Jaffna Library and the Dutch fort. Expo... More

Also (confusingly) known as the Fits Margosa, this place is making an attempt to be an upscale tourist retreat, and getting there on most of the important dimensions. It sits a quiet suburban area about 10km from Jaffna town, fairly convenient for Palaly airport. There are just six rooms, opening onto a small central courtyard which also serves as the... More

We stayed at Expo Pavilion, the hotel more central. Margo was full. The place had a nice garden and eating area and the food was really quite excellent. Generous portions for breakfast and lovely waiters. However, the rooms need a lot of refurbishment for the prices charged per night. Our A/C wasn't working properly, so it was hot and they... More

Rajithangani, Colombo, my husband and I checked in on the 15th of February 2014. We welcomed very happily. Excellent manager and the staff. Good environment and easy to access to all the places in Jaffna. Food was simple but delicious. Employees are very a time and pleasant. Calm and quit place. If they extend the room and the bathroom it... More

A large group of us stayed at the Fits Margosa. There is a spectacular porch overlooking the yard and trees that is fantastic for a morning coffee. Everyone that worked there was increadibly nice and attentive and they cooked fantastic food. Highly recommended!

My husband and I wanted to treat my parents to a wonderful holiday in Jaffna so we made reservations based on the recommendations from Trip Advisor. The rooms costs 16,000 and 17,000 rupees per night and so we were very eager to experience something wonderful. The place is very lovely, nice rooms, very attractively laid out bathrooms, typical old Jaffna... More

We had not been able to revisit the Jaffna Peninsula since the mid1950s, and have always wanted to return to this place of wonderful memories. My sister, my husband and I finally had our dreams come true, in August 2013, and thank you to the wonderful team at the Margosa for being a big part of it. We travelled up... More
