This Eco-hotel is located right among the wildlife in Dambulla, Sri Lanka. The architecture is unique, the staff is helpful and polite and the dinner buffet is rich in selection and quality. If you are in Sri Lanka then make a point of staying in this hotel - it is fabulous. The rooms are very tasteful and comfortable but the bathroom is the seller - you get to bubble in a huge double jacuzzi bath with a massive glass wall looking out over the jungle, the lake and the mountains with monkeys... more

We spent two nights in this hotel, on our Sri Lanka tour. This is a fantastic hotel and I have never seen anything like this. It looks like it is embedded in the hill and it is covered with trees.
