We stayed here 3 nights during our recent tour around Sri Lanka. First, the hotel has a central location that we thought worked well for all of the attractions we saw in the area. It's 5 minutes from the town of Dambulla, just over an hour from Pollanaruwa, and about 25 minutes to Sigiriya - if going by car. Another... More

First we noticed that there was no one in the hotel, no clients we thought it was strange... Then we understood why ! The staff has no motivation to work, no smile which is not common in Sri Lanka. The decoration of the restaurant is really kitsch and the space is too big for only 2 or 3 customers. They... More

Hotel was picked by our driver on a recent trip, we stayed here for two nights. Food was average, pool looked nice and after a dusty, hard day on the road was very welcoming. Shower wasn't great but just about adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large bed had a mosquito net but the single bed didn't. Wasn't very... More

An excellent standard hotel with good hospitality. The ambiance of this hotel is too good. Service also excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thinks more a home away from home. Thanks for N2 Travels for given this nice accommodation for us. Highly recommended to travelers who wants to stay budget accommodation.

Very quiet spot. We stayed in ground-floor rooms. Rooms were quite clean, except for a little bit rusty bathroom and a smell from drain - there was no stink trap... Roofed sitting area. We are an only quests, so we had the swimming pool just for us....

Nice and clean pool. A table outside was dirty. The waiter who took our breakfast orders didn't speak English very well and he spoke so quietly that we couldn't hear. The breakfast itself was standard for Srí Lanka. Rooms were quite clean, except for rusty bathroom and, in one room out of three, a smell from drain. Beds were bit... More

We stayed 2 nights here as part of a trip round Sri Lanka on honeymoon. Our driver took us here - we stayed in the new part of the hotel, which was clean and well done out. The hotel was a bit let down though by the pool which was not very clean - we requested the staff to turn... More

We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving, when we were greeted with smiles and glasses of cool tropical juice. Our room was located by the pool and had a nice seating area outside. Very clean and modern with a lovely bath. The staff were eager to please and took good care of two weary travelers. Many thanks on yet another wonderful... More

This is a pretty new establishment, 200 metres down a narrow concrete track off the main road about 5 km from Dambullah. There is a bit of a local feel to it, the staff live next door and it is in farming country. Most of the staff have rudimentary English skills & struggle with any questions. All the rooms have... I went with high expectations over a long week end. The service is very slow, check in not very efficient. Meals tasty but very repetitive if one stays for more than one day, lunch menu and dinner menu and the buffet fare are identical without variety or imagination, but tasty. Pool is OK. Rooms very Spartan, bathrooms with excellent fittings... More
