We paid 3300 lkr for an ac room (the managet started at 3900). Breakfast is not included. The room was small but just fine, but pretty dark and not cosy or anything. There was a large big matrass with big pillows, just too big and the matrass too hard. Personell were really kind but almost too kind, the food was... More

Stayed here mid-way through a very busy trip round Sri Lanka and found it a wonderful haven. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout - we couldn't have asked for more. The room was nice and cool and they provided a car to take us round the many sights (we went during June, when it was much too hot to... More

Arrived without booking looking for a fan only room (obviously a budget traveler). The service was impeccable, the room was one of the best budget stays I did on this trip. The restaurant is situated in a small garden and gives welcome respite at the end of a hot day. The food, if a little pricey, was delicious and the... More

I arrived here to inquire about a room after a very long journey. Whilst the accomodation was out of my price range the kind staff drove me to another restort which suited me better and gave me a complimentary much needed fruit juice. My sincere thanks to the lovely staff for their help and hospitality

This hotel had everything, good wifi, good rooms with air con, not far from town and delicious food! Would recommend that anyone going to Anuradhapura stayed here. There isn't much to do in the town so tots nice that they have a garden that you can sit in. The staff were all very very helpful and nothing was an issue.... More

This was my first accommodation in Sri Lanka, and now I can say that it was one of the best. At first I thought that LKR3000 for an a/c room was too much (off season), but this is very much in line with Sri Lankan prices and elsewhere, you get less for the same. The room was clean and comfortable,... More

The service of the hotel was amazing, as were the facilities. We had a triple room with AC for 4450Rs per night which was slightly overpriced for us as budget tourists, but would be a great deal for a family. The room contained two double beds and a huge bathroom. The food was good, not the best we've had but... More

In fairness to the Milano, I had the hotel advertised to me as 'an absolute bargain' - which it isn't! 3,500 rupees a night for non air con room. It was nice - hence the 4* - had a tv and a fridge in the room too. Food and reasonably priced (chicken curry 935 RS total (including service charge -... More

The hotel is overpriced, the food isn't good. On our arrival they tried to scam us in to going on a fake daytrip, for a lot of money and not even going to the major site. After we got out of the tuk tuk, we got the deal we wanted, even though the guide was absolutely rubbish... Don'tcome here! There... More
