We just stayed overnight but it was great. Room space is big and with complete amenities and best are comfortable and that matters most. Lobby is medium size but appearance is great Breakfast with limited selection but since we are not a breakfast person so it was not a problem.

A friend and I traveled from Seoul to Kwang Ju for an overnight excursion to meet other long time friends and visit Kwang Ju Air Base where we all met a long time ago. My friend, Sam, took care of all the reservations... I was along for the ride (so to speak). The Prado Hotel is located pretty much in... More

We booked this hotel just for one night as our train was arriving late so we needed to stop in Gwanju before collecting our rented car the following morning. The hotel was OK. It has the feel of an old fashioned business hotel. Nothing special but adequate with a reasonable bed. Breakfast was a buffet, again OK but coffee not... More

Big rooms with nice views to the city! friendly servants and a very good coffee at the lounch! the hotel has local access to the most interesting restaurants and places in Gwangju. Try the restaurant as well!

I still can't believe how much we paid to stay here. It was 140 dollars for what should have really been 30 dollars. The hotel is in quite bad condition. The rooms have peeling wallpaper, dity broken windows and stained carpets. The bathroom suites are a dull old cream colour. Breakfast was included but wasn't great - cold chips and... More

We stayed in Gwangju 2 nights so we could make a day trip to Damyang to see the bamboo and stayed at Prado. I think maybe this hotel used to be grand, but it is definitely ready for an update. The rooms were too hot (luckily we could open a window). We found the staff here endlessly polite and helpful,... More

While the staff is very nice, the hotel isn't. The rooms are small, not too clean and way to HOT (28 C or 80F+) and with no way to turn off or adjust the heat, it's hard to sleep. The in-hotel restaurants are poor, and don't offer much variety. For my job, I do alot of traveling, and stay in... More
