The service we got when we arrived was par to none...they treated us like royalty ...we had supper in their steak restaurant and it was delicious ...the bed was a little uncomfortable ...I didn't mind it but my honey did...the view was spectacular ....bring on the rest of the day !!!

Was in town for a wedding, stayed at this hotel as all the other more central hotels were full. We had a traditional room, where we slept on futons on heated floor. The hotel as a whole felt old and tired. And the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. The staff were, on the other hand, a... More

Do not spend the $200-$300 "full price" - there are plenty of websites offering rooms for about 70,000 won per night. Stayed there for 7 nights. Booked it through Priceline and got a confirmation via email. When we got there, they were not expecting us. Surprise! The area is nice and quiet. Breakfast buffet was alright. Rug was dirty. Bed had hair on it. My bathroom sink backed up. No english speaking channels on TV. Would only recommend it because there... More

I've been there for one night with my partner for family reasons. We had no other choice but to stay in Gwangju for a night, so we chose that hotel. We had been at an awful Motel the night before, so we really needed somewhere more comfortable to settle down. We chose it because of the good comments of this... More
