The hotel has huge rooms bad the beds are very old.The breakfast is very expensive and the staff is very rude except one helpful woman who is in reception in the morning,one old man who was in reception late at night is very rude and always cursing you!

This is surely one of the best hotels in Podgorica. The hotel is located close to downtown. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely use their services again.

The hotel is a lot of goods, services and staff are high. I would recommend it to anyone who came to Montenegro, Podgorica to stay in it. Food is excellent, almost everything is homemade. My stay at the Kostas Hotel was pretty okay. The hotel was nice and clean and the rooms spacious enough ( not huge though).
