We stayed in a family room and it was very good, comfortable and roomy. The hotel staff is very friendly. Now the bad parts: the hotel was full of groups of very noisy young students. Regarding the breadfast, awful is not bad enough to describe it.

You can't miss this hotel. It's set in a communist era apartment block that doesn't look like it would survive the next big earthquake. Overall, you get what you pay for and at €30 a night I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised to find a modern tv and air con in the room. The location was quite central... More

This place SUCKS BAD. DO NOT book here Service is terrible. Walls are paper thin. I get it that tourism is just starting to pick up in Montenegro and that hotels' are far behind european standards so its not that much of a surprise. You're paying here 65 euro/night or roughly $90/night for a place that has a GDP per... More

While i was staying here the power did go out for a short time. The automatic doors in the lobby were stuck open and the lobby was EXTREMELY cold.. While i was walking through i heard the owner or manager yelling at a staff member for manually closing the automatic doors.. What a JERK and very unprofessional!! My only disappointment... More

i totally agree with both of below reviewers if you ask for a renovated room it will be just good if the room is not renovated , believe me, it is better in prison (Alcatraz) its a shame. i slept one night there and it was a nightmare please don't try this hotel.

Arrived at the hotel with my husband and had to laugh when i saw the hotel. Looked like a run down apartment block, but was pleasantly suprised on entering the hotel, very nice reception area with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is slowly being renovated and we stayed in a new deluxe room, which was fantastic, large comfortable beds with... More

The location of Igalo in downtown Herceg Novi is very good, easy walking distance to the seaside so-called beaches (mostly concrete docks and some gravel or stone beaches on the Northwest end of beautiful Boka Kotorska near the Croatian border). This is an old communist era worker's resort high rise 11 story concrete hotel. Some renovation has occurred and is... More
