We stayed here on business for 4 days with small dog. Were told over the phone it was a 20.00 fee for a pet. We assumed it was just a one time fee, NOT...its an everyday youre there fee. The sign in the lobby clearly states no pets allowed in lobby or breakfast area.....well someones dogs (2) were always in... more

The hotel had a nice comfortable bed, large sized refigerator and a microwave. It is also pet friendly. Nothing great...but, a good place to rest while traveling. The breakfast was a little disappointing. I have been at other holiday Inn Expresses which much more variety. more

Room was very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable! Clean floor, clean bedding. Wonderful nice fluffy towels. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast had nice variety & was delicious. We love Holiday Inn Express...usually. Selected this location for an overnight prior to daughter's college orientation. Big mistake! This is just a poorly refurbished "OLD" Holiday Inn. Exterior rooms, bad mattresses, noisy, bathroom smelled of smoke (room was non-smoking), and we paid over 120 dollars for a loud, uncomfortable night. This hotel does not live up to the Holiday Inn Express standards of other locations. It is a dump! Most Holiday Inns permit cancellation of a reservation up to 6:00pm on the day of arrival. Not this one. You must cancel 24 hours ahead or you're credit card is billed for the room cost. That policy on this particular property... more

We stayed here for the Day Out With Thomas event which is only about 3 miles from this hotel. This hotel was very clean, room smelled fresh, and beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly. Not much else to do near this hotel, but for the Thomas event, it was perfect. more
