This is lodge is a few minutes walk from the town center. Built on the hillside with good view of pines trees and limestones. For those who don't want the busy town proper, this is the place to be. The cool weather and good view makes the ambiance is very relaxing. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. You will... More

^___^ I had a wonderful time in "Kanip-aw View Inn". I enjoyed the relaxing ambiance The view is the best in town - wild forest and rocks. It is a quiet place - you hear the birds singing - nothing more. If you want to stay in Sagada - then definitely here.

We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights it was a basic lodge but comfortable. It is a few meters away from the town but the place is safe. The owners are nice, if I am not mistaken their names are Kuya Owen and Ate Epi, they are accommodating and even lend us their umbrella because we are going... More

This is a bit of a late review of our short stay in Sagada last Feb 2013. Although the place is a bit far from the main road, the lodge is looks nice with the wood construction and all. It's nice that the place is situated near a hill with trees and it is a magnificent view in the morning... More

we chose this because of tripadvisor excellent reviews. we were kinda surprised when we arrived - how it can have excellent reviews in spite of seeming after-thoughts in its construction. maybe it was just our rooms? we booked 2 rooms: 1 had half wood half cemented wall facing a wall. the other had a bathroom with a window without cover... We stayed in Kanip-aw Pine Lodge in February, upon the strong recommendation of an office mate. We wanted a place in a good location, with a nice, tidy room that had a private toilet and bathroom (and hot water) and that's what we got. The first room we got had two queen beds but a tiny bathroom, so we asked... More

Went there on a trip with friends and we booked two rooms . They were newly built ( seems Oscar is investing in his little business as he has now 19 rooms ) , very clean and had hot water ( for the shower ) . Given the coldness of the room , I must say I didn't even try... More
