I dont know whats wrong with the owner. Her attitude is unacceptable during my stay in that place. I just ask her something and she almost yelled back as if I don't hear her clearly. It is true that she dont change the bed sheet or bother to at least sweep the floor or change the towels. Sagada is heaven... More

The staff are nice. The owner is not. The place itself is welcoming, the owner is unacceptable. Sagada is worth coming back, the owner of Sagada Homestay Inn is worth running away from. Stay away from her (KAREN) if you want your short sojourn to Sagda worthwhile.

It's like you own a real fancy house in Sagada where you can come home to anytime you wish. Since it is located at the upper part of Sagada, you also get an excellent view of Sagada. They have wi-fi too!

Some of my friends recommended this place because of the nice view. They have lots of rooms but mostly using shared bathrooms. Only few rooms have private bathroom. They have common areas and bonfire outside. Food was Okay. Hot Shower was not really Hot. Something weird happened during our stay, our door suddenly opened even though it was locked. It... More

We were planning to stay for 1 night at this place after spending our previous nights at George Guesthouse (great place, affordable, good service and warm people) We were willing to pay in advance to reserve the room but in our disbelief, karen the owner, won't let us do that because she said an overnight stay is not enough. She doesn't... More

Sagada Homestay is the best place to stay. Neat, elegant and very affordable. It's like a comfortable home after a tiring day of adventure. Thank you Homestay. If I would have a chance again to visit Sagada, kayo pa rin ang pipiliin ko. I would recommend this to my friends and family. Keep the fire burning Homestay. Thank you Ate... More

Before deciding to stay here i read many negative posts about the owner. Usually i look past these because i never anticipate me having the same problems and the place still had great reviews outside of the owner. But heres my story i emailed the owner karen about a month before my stay asking to make a reservation. she didnt... More

Booking with Ms. Karen, the owner, is so easy, no fuss at all. When we arrived she and even her husband helped us when our van broke down. Rate is 300/head/night for the duplex type house with 2 rooms with double bed on the first floor and 4 beds upstairs. We are 11 in the group but Ms. Karen charged... More
