This is really the ideal spot for a single backpacker because of the location and all the amenities. If you ask for a room with a view, you can be perched next to the balcony overlooking the mountains. Rooms cost from 250 to 750 pesos. The walls are thin- this is a basic place.

Spent 3 nights here recently and was gutted to be leaving. Sagada is a really cool place and the homestay was nice. The room we ended up with was large for 600 pesos and the bed was comfortable. Other rooms for the same price were a lot smaller. The first room they offered us was completely infested with ants so... More

Simple, clean rooms with panelled wood. Nice location at the top of the town and very quiet - except that the wooden structure isn't well sound proofed. Kind and friendly owner who creates a very nice atmosphere. Restaurant was good.

The room was clean, cozy and equipped with the right kind of blankets to keep you warm specially at night. Has water heater :) Certain rooms has its own bathroom, but it has common bathroom at the first floor of the house. The food was okay and has big serving. The owner was very friendly.

Clean, cozy rooms in a pine-walled and -floored lodge with views over the valley. Shared clean bathrooms, fairly fast wifi available in the rooms. The food in the restaurant was fairly mediocre though. In all, a fairly solid option for a few nights.

We have stayed here back in 2011 and Nov.2014/ It is nice place. The place is nice and clean. Very near to Log Cabin and the rest of the attractions in Sagada. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Sagada the third time.

Rooms are simple, as everywhere in Sagada. We had our own bathroom with hot shower, which was nice, since it was very cold when we arrived (6 degrees celsius!). Nice view from the restaurant terrace. Free brewed coffee. Food is good, nothing special.

We had a room in one of the bottom buildings. The room was clean and the bathroom was good. The bed was comfortable. However, the rooms do not offer much sound-proofing, so it can be rather noisy at night and in the morning. The restaurant offers a good view and the food is okay (only had breakfast). WIFI is available... More

Our 2nd stay in Homestay was even better than the first in 2009. Stayed in the new duplex for 8 pax for an incredibly affordable rate and had a great view of the town and mountains. Food in Diner was delicious and affordable. Coffee was free in the mornings. No problem with parking. A little 5 minute walk and youre... More

We are a group of 5 traveling to Sagada for the first time. We got there at around 3PM and found that its tourist season and most of the Inns are fully booked. As we drove around town to find a place, we stumbled to the gates of Sagada Homestay. Ate Karen was very accomodating. The rooms are very comfortable... More
