We spent one night at Hotel Majoro and had a rather mixed experience. However you might feel about an alpaca, a vicuña, several different birds and a few cats roaming the hotel area, the grounds are nice and full of flowers and trees. The bar, common areas, etc., look a bit worn, but that might be expected from old buildings.... More

Dear guest, I'm happy to learn you enjoyed the gardens, but not so the rooms. Probably you did not see the plugs close to the floor. The heater is more than adecuate for the room's size and there are extra blanquets at the guest's disposal in the closet. I'm surprised at your comments regarding the personel at Front Desk and... Stayed here one night in April to visit the Nazca lines. Reception tried to help with a problem we had but we found they either ignored us or became quite aggressive. They were apologetic the next morning! The grounds are beautiful and very relaxing and on a hot day the pool was very welcoming. The vicuna and llama were entertaining... More

We stayed for one night at Hotel Majoro in Nazca. This is an old converted farmhouse with a very spacious courtyard. There are ponds and bridges and gardens and the whole setting was very peaceful and relaxing. A beautiful swimming pool was on the far side of the grounds. Because the rooms are old there are not enough electrical outlets... More

Dear guest, thank you for your comments. Your perception for not having TV's in the rooms is absolutely correct. The whole idea is to disconnect your mind from your daily worries and just relax and enjoy nature. More

This is really something different, it is slightly outside the city, but a gem. A very old farmhouse with bougainvillea's hundred of years old, all decorations are antiquities, pleasant staff, good restaurant, pool and nice antique decorated rooms. You can wonder through the rooms for hours admiring all the decorations.

We spent unfortunatelly just one night& day in this wonderful place. It is a place " pour les conaisseures" . Everything it s so goot taste : rooms, gardens, decorations.I highly recomend to spent at least two nights there and enjoy the peacefull , rafinated atmosphere. And last but not least you have the rare occasion to see a vicuna 😄

The area and all common areas are lovely. Some areas are like a private collection if museum items. The rooms are disappointing. They must have better than what we stayed in. And the food was tragic unfortunately. Thought it would be good, but it really was very average. They could be so much better. And charging for wifi these days... More

I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights when I was visiting Nazca. The grounds are very lovely, the hotel has loads of gardens around the area and a great pool area. I recently stayed at the Hotel Majoro, 7kms out of Nazca in Peru. It is a beautiful, spacious converted Hacienda set in lush manicured gardens. A wonderful big swimming pool with alpacas, peacocks and a quinya wondering around it was magic. The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful, exceptional. The artworks displayed everywhere were mind boggling..original nazcan weavings... More

Do not let first impressions discourage you. The drive down a dusty, rocky road to a closed wooden gate to this walled-in hacienda shouldn't discourage you. Inside is a slightly worn but very charming and spacious hotel which was for centuries a convent and then a private residence and then a hotel, and its owners of the past seven years... More

Stayed for 2 nights in order to have one day to see Nazca lines. Very nice gardens and pool area, a lot of flowers and a very good restaurant on site. You need a taxi to go anywhere, but staying at the hotel was fine, since it has all facilities needed.
