We unfortunately stayed only one night, but have come away with only the best impressions! It’s a lovely place that combines a hotel with a museum, as there are quite a few artifacts from Inca culture (and other cultures). Location: a bit remote, about 5 km outside the town. However, if you only stay for 1-2 nights, I’d say the... More

This property is more like a hacienda in that it is off the beaten path, is within a walled enclosure and appears to be a working farm. Check out the history of the place. This place exudes a kind of "peace" that is hard to explain. Certainly there are areas of neglect but our room was clean, the bed was... More

The Hotel Majoro is a nice hotel situated slightly out of Nazca town - we drove into town in the evening for dinner as we were warned that service in the hotel could be slow. On arrival check in was very quick and we were showed to our room, which was average size with 2 single beds. The bathroom was... More

We stayed at this hotel on a trip to Nazca in December to fly over the lines. What's Good : - Nice grounds, - Nice pool - Peaceful environment Why you should avoid this hotel : - Mosquitos in the room (see picture attached to this review). I counted more than 60 mosquito bites. There is no malaria issues in... More

Negative reviewers for this property need to get a grip and check their western perspectives at the door. Sometimes travellers need to suspend their preconceptions and desire for Hilton convenient blandness and just go with the flow. The hotel is situated in what was a 17th century man astern converted in the early 20th century to a grand hacienda. It... More

The Majoro is isolated from Nasca proper and that may not be all bad, but being in or near town would give you more options for meals and drinks. As it was, we had only the hotel restaurant available to us during our two night stay. And the Majoro has a reputation with the bus tour trade, so you had... More

My wife and I, together with thirty friends and ten 4 x 4 cars of different types, spent four unforgettable days exploring the Nazca area in Peru, about 450 kms south of Lima. One full day travelling through the Valle San Fernando Reserve, visiting the ceremonial center Ciudadela de Cahuachi ruins, enjoying the abundance of sea fossils and shells on... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during October with family and friends. When we first arrived it all looked good - really nice grounds and a nice big swimming pool. We had the pool to ourselves the first day as the place wasn't busy. Things went downhill from there. They say they have wifi which u have to... More

I've recently return to my home in Switzerland. I stayed in several hotels in my tourism route through Peru, but I was truly amazed with this hotel, every single animal had a name. The Royal Family of Peacocks (as in spanish they are Pavos Reales) Alberto, Isabella, Felipe, Juana, etc etc etc, the Alpaca named Dina Paucar, even the rooster... More

This is a nice hotel, 3 or 4 kms out of town, down, as others have said a long dirt road (but hey this is Peru, not Manhattan). It has spacious grounds and a big pool. They have their own aircraft if you want to use them for the Nasca lines flight - we did We only stayed one night,... More
