We stayed for 2 days at Aguas Calientes. Marco was very courteous and so was the rest of the hotel staff. Marco's English is very good and for the price we paid, we couldn't have asked for more. There is no elevator and we were on a higher floor by request, so we certainly got an exercise going up and... More

There's a myriad of accom choices in Aguas Calientes, being the tourist town that it is, but it's clear when you start searching online that it's too easy to spend too much on an average room. Let's face it, the main reason most people go there is to go to Machhu Picchu or to finish a trek, so you probably... More

The hotel is located quiet away from railway station to make sure you ask them to come pick you up. The staff does not speak english so be prepared to use sign lang or basic spanish ready. Apart from that staff was friendly, room was decent sized, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served really early and was decent (as expected... More

We choosed the triple room, but the room is tight for 3 people and the cabinet does not have enough space to store all the things. Despite this, the bed is confortable and the wi-fi signal works very well in the room. The breakfest is simple, but tasty.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and served conveniently before we left the hostel to line up for the bus ride to machu picchu at 4:00 in the morning. If you book this hostel, arrange for a pickup as it was a little difficult to find, we had to ask a policewoman to direct us who used... More

We stayed in early July through our guiding company after completing the Salkantay trek, so not too sure of the price! We were expecting a dingy hostel, so we were pretty happy with what we found on arrival, definitely not as bad as a couple of the reviews, but definitely not the best place we stayed in Peru! We had... More

Staff is friendly but it doesn't make up for the service and facilities. Aguascalientes is an expensive place so you'd need to put up with high prices anywhere you book. The hotel is in the higher part of the village and it does not have an elevator.

This is a great hotel tucked away on a quiet side street just off the Tourist Track. We really liked it!!! It looks exactly like the photos from the web site (not sure what other reviewers on TripAdvisor are referring too). We had a partial mountain view, which was super, and a nice view over the town. Staff is super... More

I was in a room with a mountain view simply "amazing landscape" , the beds are fine, hot water, cable TV, reasonable price for the service, staff very friendly. Ah! I requested for massage session, I recommend Incas therapy completely relaxed, I forgot my watch in the reception but they send me at train station, thanks again to the staff.

I booked Marco Wasi Hostel for two reasons: 1) I liked the way the rooms looked on Booking.com (the photos are the same here on TripAdvisor); and 2) the price ($50 USD per night). Based on the photos, Marco Wasi looked comfortable and cozy. I even booked two nights because I thought it would be nice to explore the town.... More

Dear Mrs. Tamara , thanks for your opinion, Your findings are very important to us and that is why now we are correcting the inconveniences you provided .
