Dorms were clean and shower was hot after 4 nights hiking and camping. But the best bit was the bar area complete with pool table, bean bags and a full selection of gringo food and good pisco sours. Yum - just what we needed. Only not sure whether it was value for money as we booked the Salkantay 5D4N with... More

We came to machupichu and stayed at the EcoPackers Hostels at Aguas Calientes. Friends advised us to stay here and it was the right choice, Freindly staff, great food nicely designed and clean hostel. Maria the waitress, Diego the receptionist and Cheff Sadrac cooking amazing dishes at the Eco Restaurant treated us like kings and gave us an amazing food... More

We stayed here one night and had a 4 bedroom to ourselves. The bathroom was not as clean as the Ecopackers in Cusco. The beds were okay, room was sufficient for our needs. Bar on the top was a nice spot to hang out. It had views of the town and mountains and river. The wifi is best at the... More

me and my gf got here last night and even when this is our last day, staff has been more than nice and friendly, they gave us extra juice for breakfast (the included one is just AMAZING! I'd charge for it!), they offered me going to play football in cusco w/ the staff (even when we are not staying at... More

The staff was the best part of the stay. Really nice even when they didn't speak in English:). The room dining/bar area is nice to hang out. I stayed in a four bed dorm which was ok. We were just two girls for the night so was comfortable but the room seemed a bit small for four people. Not as... More

Extremely disappointed. Stayed for ten days at the Cusco ecopackers and was nothing but impressed with everything. However the staff at the Aguas Calientes hostel is pathetic. It is clearly written that breakfast starts AT 04:00, and arriving at the breakfast level at 04:05 we find all the lights off and no one around. When you have a bus to... More

First of all, I must say that the staff at this Ecopackers is amazing, especially Jhon at reception. He was very knowledgable, fun, helpful and courteous and made my stay at the hostel. When I forgot some things in the hostel he even managed to send them to a different Ecopackers in my town before I left for my flight... More

This hostel was included in my Machu Picchu tour as I stayed in Ecopackers in Cuzco and booked the tour with it's travel agent. Nice one just on the edge of the small town, not far away from everything, but not as fancy as the big one in Cuzco though. Got everything you need, brekkies at 4am for the convenience... More

This place is disgusting. I would NOT recommend staying here. We booked a private room with private bathroom for 1 night before visiting Machu Picchu. I felt like I needed to shower the second I walked into my room it was filthy…but then the shower was filthy too. It was a lose lose. The bathroom also had a window near... More
