Stayed here for one night as part of a G-Adventures tour. Hotel was located centrally in the town, about 15 minutes walk from the train station (up hill). Close to many restaurants and the hot springs (just up the street). The rooms were clean with plenty of bedding and hot showers. Our room faced the street which made it a... More

Room 121 for one night before bus to Machupicchu. Not very clean room. Noisy and cold in night. Nice staff and good breakfast early in the morning. Wifi did not work whether in room nor in reception. Good restaurants in close neigborhood.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night during the Amazon to Andes tour, the hotel is on a steep hill on the way to the hot springs from the train station, it's a nice location, plenty of restaurants around about, the room was clean as was shower, which is all you really need for a night, wifi was decent... I stayed at this hotel one night as part of a GAdventures tour. The hotel is located right on the main avenue in Aguas Calientes and just a short walk away from the town square and the hot springs. There are many restaurants that are near the hotel. The hotel has free in-room wi-fi and wi-fi in the lobby. The... More

This place is such a dump that I was up all night, just waiting to get out of there. The room smelled terribly of mildew, and there was black mold growing on the walls. The sheets and towels were clammy with dampness. The ceiling fixture flickered on and off all night. The water in the shower was just lukewarm. DO... More

This hotel was quite nice and very close to the hot springs and everything else in Aguas Calientes. The free wifi was a welcome surprise as we had been told that there may not be wifi. It worked well and that made all of us happy. Nobody wants to wait to post pics of Machu Picchu! The rooms were decent... More

The tour group I was with booked this hotel for us. There was nothing special about this hotel, other than a place to sleep for the night before heading up to Machu Picchu the next morning. The room was cozy and clean, but quite the trek to get to. The only thing I didn't like was my room was on... More

The window in the room looked out to the hotel stairwell with a bright flourescent light. The curtains didn't block the light, so that combined with the glass above the door meant the room was very bright at night. I slept with a shirt tied over my eyes. I asked for a towel at reception and the incredibly rude staff... More

While I was not expecting luxury on this vacation, I wasn't expecting such rude staff. Had it not been for the staff, I'd only give this hotel a 2, anyway. It's in a nice location, with lots of restaurants, massage and shopping nearby. But, the rooms are tiny, the bathrooms even tinier (I felt like I was getting a CAT... More

Stayed here for a night as part of a G Adventures tour- rooms were a decent size and clean, and no issues with hot water either. Good place to stay while touring Machu Picchu. It is at the top of the hill, but surrounded by great restaurants and places to shop and close to the hot springs as well. Great... More
