It is far from the station and hard to find-They told us someone would meet u at the station but no one came until we asked another hotel and they told them to come and find us as we were lost. The place is noisy; no rest for the weary. It is economical and clean and breakfast is included.

Don't know why this hotel has gotten some negative review. My family had three rooms there on April 30 and all were very nice large rooms with a good bathroom. Yes, there was some street noise but anywhere you stay in AC is going to have that. Breakfast was decent and it's a close (downhill!) walk to the train station... More

Right next to a restaurant/bar that had a speaker outside blasting music late into the night. It, and the sounds from the street, sound like they are right in your room. Bathroom sink leaked from the drain pipe onto the floor causing a huge puddle. The room overall smelled of dampness and mildew. The bed was king sized and comfortable... More

The rooms were smelly, the lobby was dark, a lot of street noise We left two bags in the storage room while traveled to MachuPichu, and one returned wet as if it's bottom was socked in water. Compering to other places we stayed in Peru this one was disappointing.

For the price it was excellent! It's not 5 star, but for a night, it was perfect for us. We had no reservation and were able to negotiate our room to 70 soles (about $30 USD/night.) Our room was very clean and comfortable (with jacuzzi tub.) The free wifi was very strong as well and there was plenty of hot... More

Close to train station and center of town, as well as the buses up to Machu Picchu (about 5 min walk to everything). Staff forgot to pick us up at the train station and were asleep when we tried checking in (and we had let them know about our 11pm arrival)- eventually we were able to wake them up (room... More

The hotel is close to station, 5 min walk. They offer breakfast form 5am, it's basic but ok. We opted for a suite as all the other rooms have windows facing the corridor and entrance lobby. The room and hotel were clean but in need of some basic maintenance and paint work. Staring to look a bit shabby. They look... More

Just came back from my trip to Machupicchu this October 13 and I have to say that staying in this lodge was the only negative thing about this amazing travel. Here it goes: Rooms with no external windows just an internal sort of window frame to the reception. Very noise! When I got to the room there were pieces of... More

Location - 33rigel is right the hotel is close to train station, about 10 mins on foot. The town is small so everywhere is within walking distance. Room - WiFi connection is OK. It's clean overall. Keep windows close otherwise bugs will fly into the room. We stayed on second floor, the last room in the hallway on the left... More

The hotel can easily be reach from the train station in Aquas Calientes by foot. Just leave the train station, go through the market towards your right and go up the street about four blocks to Calle Chaska. No transfer or pick up from the train station is needed. The hotel is clean, the service is good. Breakfast is included.... More
