I stayed at the Supertramp hostel for one night with 4 friends in a 8 bed dorm. I didn’t know what to expect because I just booked a room to make sure we had somewhere to sleep. We were really pleasantly surprised by this place! The room was clean and the Wifi was working proparly. Since we arrived late and... More

It seemed like the half the staff was either in the process of getting a tattoo or had just finished one during my visit. Very clean and comfortable with a decent but simple breakfast and helpful people who let me borrow silver wear so I could pack my Machupicchu lunch. I paid s/34 for one night in an 18 person... We stayed at the Supertramp hostel for one night in the private room as a couple. We didn’t expect much when reading the description of Agua Calientes and the hostel. So we were really pleasantly surprised by this place! Our room was clean and decorated with interesting graffiti. There was free hot tea throughout the day, towels and sheets that... More

We slept here one night, the next day we went to Machu Picchu at 6am. The hostel offers an early breakfast and a lunchbox for Machu Picchu but they turn un the music really loud till 12.30 am. So we couldn't sleep early because of all the noise from the music, people and also the room was very muggy. There... More

The hostel is very close to the trainstation but you walk the wrong way when you get off, so it took us a little longer to get there. When we arrived at the hostel it was too early (11 am) to check in, but we could drop off our bags if we wanted to. It smelled at the time and... More

Stayed here for one night. The location is pretty ideal, the staff is still getting themselves in order and had a lot of trouble providing us with good information about AG or Machu Picchu. The beds were not very comfortable but it was cheap and we only stayed here one night. There is no lock or any type of security... More

We had a great time at supertramp! Very cheap rooms, beds were really comfortable and they do a breakfast (included) that starts at 4.30 in the morning so you can eat before visiting Machu Picchu. They also offer a packed lunch to take with you for the day which is brilliant as everywhere in the site is very expensive. Highly... More

We booked an 8 bed dorm to stay at after MP. It was a great hostel. The beds were warm and comfortable, the showers were hot though the water pressure was a bit variable. The breakfast was a nice change, eggs were included and served in the restaurant attached to the halted. Staff were friendly. Price was good given the... More

Perfect location if you are planning to walk up to Machu Picchu. For us it took about 1.20 hours. The hostel staff was really friendly and they even came to take us from the train station. It's just 5min walking from the station. Good breakfast included, starting already at 5.30 so you can eat before heading to MP! And free... More
