My teen sons and I stayed on the fifth floor - it was the ONLY room on the fifth floor, a corner room with corner windows to the mountains and roaring river. So private. We had 3 beds in our spacious room. We had a couch outside our room on our porch where we could sit in nature. We arrived... More

Our brief stay was made so memorable because of our amazing host and her embrace of our family. Just as a loving mother does, she took care of our every needs with caring and passion for Peruvian food and culture. We had to leave early in the morning, but an amazing hot breakfast awaited us before we departed. In addition,... More

I looked around the internet for a good time to find a good affordable place in Aguas Calientes. Saw a lot of complaints about cheap options having problems with moldy rooms due to the humidity. In the end the company I booked my tour with recommended Kill Inn and they couldn't have given me a better recommendation. This is a... More

Due to being on a tour, we only ended up staying about 6 hours. It was fine, and very average for Peruvian hotels. Most of our hotels in Peru had windows facing into the lobby or a courtyard. This made for early morning noise as people came down for breakfast and clanked a lot of silverware and dishes. When we... More

We stayed at the Killa Inn one night, and we enjoyed it a great deal. Rosa, our hostess, was helpful and kind. She was quick to help us in every way. Our room was on the second floor which allowed us to hear the river which was a great way to nod off to sleep. Highly recommended.

I stayed there one night with my mum on our route to Machu Picchu. It was one of the best places in Peru we slept at, with clean bathroom (!) - friendly staff, cozy bedroom (take earplugs as there is stream behind the hotel) and nice surrounding. Good experience!

This was my favorite place we stayed in our trip through Peru & Ecuador. The rooms were clean and charming. But it's the staff that make this place outstanding. Rosa was delightful each morning making sure we got a good breakfast and felt at home. She took great care of us and is a complete gem. Her banana, orange zest... More

We stayed here the night before seeing Machu Picchu and could not have asked for a better stay. The owner? at the front desk was so sweet! She even let me take a water bottle for the day when I didn't have enough change (at the time, I payed her back later of course)! She served us our breakfast in... More

This place was WONDERFUL! Ideally located just a few blocks from the train station and bus pick-up for Machu Picchu. First off, the owner/woman at the front desk is exremely sweet - genuinely wants you to be happy and almost makes you feel like she's your mother away from home! (in a great way) Free wifi, YES! The room was... More
