I'm confused by the poor reviews of this hotel. The majority of the people I met coming to Aguas Calientes were there to climb and to have an adventure, meaning I'm not sure why anyone could be upset with this hotel. This hostel has consistent hot water, free wifi, and relatively comfortable beds. It will keep your packs locked up... More

This was one of the reasonable choices in Aguas Calientes, and we understood why once we got there. Even though we emailed about our arrival time and arranged a pick up at the train station, nobody showed up. The room was clean, but internet and shower had some issues. Breakfast was available early enough for those who wanted to go... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We were picked up at the train station by Judy and we walked to the hotel which was only a few minutes away. The hotel is small and there is only wi-fi in the lobby area. However, since we were only there for one night, it didn't matter to us.We felt the... More

I booked this hotel as I wanted to stay in a hotel with free WiFi access so that I could plan the rest of my trip that night. I went to book this hotel as it mentioned that it offers free in-room WiFi. However, upon arrival the hotel reception mentioned that there are issues with in-room WiFi. I asked for... More

We have WI-FI and everything work as well. Just we have to report that customer becoming furious after we deny his cancellation purpose at the check in time (according policies, we could cancel five days prior). Remenber, when you talked with me; you asking my name only. More

Since the hotel is very close to the train station for Machu Picchu, the engine started running at 4-5am, if you plan to trek to the Machu Picchu entrance instead of taking the bus, Green Nature is a good choice. The room is big, clean and comfortable, shower is hot, staffs were friendly and helpful. The handcraft market is just... More

The hotel is very close to the train stop for Machu Picchu and accessible to restaurants and the large market. The hotel was under renovations when I was there so that may have a bearing on the service and the facility. Additionally, I was recovering from altitude sickness so I may not have been in the best of moods. Staff... More

Aguas Calientes is a busy and expensive destination. Looking for one night accommodation we found this hotel relatively close to the train station. Compared to other locations of similar category, this was the most expensive and least appealing but the rooms were comfortable, large and clean. We had a third floor and there was no elevator. The bathroom and shower... More

Great stay - clean rooms, hot shower, WiFi, friendly staff, good breakfast (we took so whole fruit to MP, which was helpful). Right by train station, we left our bag there during the day so it was very easy to get it before the train back to Cusco

This was a hotel we were placed in by Lorenzo Expeditions, as part of a 2 day tour. Thankfully even though this was chosen for us, the accommodation was quite lovely. Clean room/beds, free wi-fi, friendly English speaking front desk staff, and a nice breakfast which included scrambled eggs. It is located kind of at the far end of everything,... More

We stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Machu Picchu. Convenient location as it is easy to find right along the train tracks, although if can get noisy especially if you open the windows which face the train tracks. The shower was nice, plenty of hot water. The rooms have both wifi and TV. The free breakfast was average... More
