Let's start with the good. The potatoes on the breakfast buffet were the best I had in Peru. And the woman working the front desk was extremely helpful. And you can be one of the first to see Machupicchu in the morning if you are willing to wake up early. If not for those things, I probably would have rated... More

The hotel appears to be an eternal construction site: there are workers running around all the time and the noise can be pretty annoying during the day. At the first sight everything looks pretty fine – the rooms are decorated nicely and with taste. But if you look closer, you will start noticing small things. Our room was a corner... More

My review is a bit biased but let me explain. I requested their suite which comes with a king bed and a tub in the main room separate from the bathroom, on the 3rd floor with a mountain view (because I read I should on TA). They gave us exactly what we asked for and the room was spectacular with... More

I had earplugs and headphones with music and still could hear the laughter, music, crying & dogs barking in the street all night long (which bothered me more than the construction workers building an elevator till 7pm plus no wall in the hallway as a result). We were only here for 1 night with our G Adventures group. At the... More

I stayed in this hotel for the duration of my stay in Cusco, Peru. The staff are extremely freindly and to rooms are large and comfortable. The facilities in the room are good, there is Wifi, a TV and an excellent shower and jacuzzi bath. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town which is good and it... More

There a tons of Hostels and Hotels in Aguas Caliente. Most of them are rather on the lower side, as people just want to stay overnight to go to MP. But if you want a comfortable stay without the party noise. This hotel is your choice. A bit more expensive, but breakfast and wifi are included.

Not sure how many options there were Aguas Calientes but this one we found disappointing. We had the room at the top of the stairs one level up from the lobby which was noisy. Asked if we could relocate however the hotel was apparently full. The room was ok but the bathroom was poor. The breakfast was very limited and... More

Friendly staff, very helpful, Spanish and English speaking. Clean rooms with en suits and comfortable beds, nicely situated near restaurants, and hot water springs. In walking distance of the train station and buses.

The options in Aguas are limited. That is understandable. However, it does not excuse the fact that I paid $149 per night for a shabby room that had a very serious mold problem. It was so bad that the first scent you have when you walk in the room is that of mold. It's no wonder because there is no... More
