After 4 days on the Inca trail, the Inka town hotel felt like a palace. A bed and a hot shower, what a luxury. Seriously, this hotel is perfect for a night in transit, conveniently situated close to the market and the train station. Of course, it is noisy but so is every other hotel in Peru, especially in Aguas... More

As other reviews indicated its location is next to the train station which along with friendly staff made our stay bearable. The downsides were a crappy breakfast, uncomfortable bed, small room without a window and the noise. Seem to be pretty limited options in Aguas Calientes anyway so it wasn't a big deal to be there for 1 night,

We had a nice 2 night stay at Inka Town. Initially I was disappointed because our room did not have a window to the outside. That made it less than optimal, but the rest of the experience made up for it. The people working there were so nice and incredibly helpful. We were there with our 2 kids during the... More

Hotel is just behind the train station which was, in a way, good as it was convenient to walk to the hotel and is close to shopping. However, it was noisy even at night because our room faced the train station. It is no wonder that the hotel provides complimentary earplugs. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Bathroom... We stayed here on 5/13/14. All the arrangements done via a tour package booked by CTM Tours. Our tour guide met us at the train station, which is strategically located across from the hotel, at walking distance and he walked with us to the hotel. The hotel is close to some eateries, local shops and the marketplace. The staff is... More

The Inka Town Hotel is small 7 floors with no elevator. We lucked out with a 2nd floor room. Hotel was clean, service excellent, but the room was very small. No noise problems as we were in an interior room. Good breakfast. We were happy with the location and the Inn. We are not fussy people so were not put... More

I found the room comfortable and clean. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. My room faced an alley, so I was not bothered by noise from the train station. The location is good; close to shopping but not in the very busy section of the town.

On our Overseas Adventure Travel tour to Machu Picchu, we stayed one night in the Inka Town Hotel. The location was close to the bus station where we caught our ride to the main Machu Picchu site and the train station where we caught the train for our return to Cusco connections. There was a transportation strike in process on... More

My family stayed 1night in 2 rooms of this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty simple but very clean with down comforters. Great hot water and breakfast. It was a little noisy in the room that faces the street and there was no air conditioners so it was a little warm. Overall, this hotel... More

The hotel is basic, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were quite pleasant. The trains are noisy so sleeping in is difficult but they have ear plugs for your convenience on the night stand. Of course, I saw those in the morning after getting up and eating breakfast. I stayed in the hotel after hiking the... More
