The Inka Town Hotel is small 7 floors with no elevator. We lucked out with a 2nd floor room. Hotel was clean, service excellent, but the room was very small. No noise problems as we were in an interior room. Good breakfast. We were happy with the location and the Inn. We are not fussy people so were not put... More

I found the room comfortable and clean. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. My room faced an alley, so I was not bothered by noise from the train station. The location is good; close to shopping but not in the very busy section of the town.

On our Overseas Adventure Travel tour to Machu Picchu, we stayed one night in the Inka Town Hotel. The location was close to the bus station where we caught our ride to the main Machu Picchu site and the train station where we caught the train for our return to Cusco connections. There was a transportation strike in process on... More

My family stayed 1night in 2 rooms of this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty simple but very clean with down comforters. Great hot water and breakfast. It was a little noisy in the room that faces the street and there was no air conditioners so it was a little warm. Overall, this hotel... More

The hotel is basic, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were quite pleasant. The trains are noisy so sleeping in is difficult but they have ear plugs for your convenience on the night stand. Of course, I saw those in the morning after getting up and eating breakfast. I stayed in the hotel after hiking the... More

We stayed there for 2 nights as this was part of the bigger tour package. The hotel is clean and has the minimum level of comfort as well. The reception staff is attentive and helpful. That said, there are 3 things to be aware before booking: 1. It is pretty much next to the railway station which can make it... More

Stayed in a family room at the front of the hotel that overlooks the railways station. Hotel really clean and tidy and staff really friendly and helpful. Trains run from 0530 so expect an early wake up when they start the diesel engines to warm the trains. breakfast was good food, but service could have been better (ran out of... More

The little town of Aguas Calientes is bustling with tourists, visiting of course to see the famous Machu Picchu. The Inka Town Hotel is very close to the bus station, and like everything else is located basically in the middle of town. The hotel is extremely plain but very clean. I doubt that there is a truly quiet room in... More

Not sure why this hotel comes under B&B's...it is a hotel. We stayed here just the night before our trip to Machu Picchu. I was somewhat concerned when I found out from our tour agent we was staying here! We could actually see the hotel from the train as we arrived! Lol I was given a front room facing the... More

We arrived, as all tourists do, by train and wandered a bit before we were able to locate our hotel. Because of the location right next to the train station, we expected to hear trains throughout the night, but train service halted before midnight and did not resume til around 6:00 am, so it wasn't too bad. The hotel is... More
