Very nice hotel. After a long trip from Sao Paulo to Aguas Calientes, we could relax ourselves in the jaguzzi with a view to the river and prepare for Macchu Picchu the next day. As the hotel is rather small, there were no tourist groups so we could have quiet and nice time.

This is a nice hotel, we had a room facing the river, however take some ear plugs as the river was quite loud, however no matter where in the town you were you could hear the river. The bathroom had a great Jacuzzi and after many hours trekking around Macchu Picchu it was nice to come home to. The rooms... More

Have not stayed at this property but I have sure tried to book. Their system has been telling me they would confirm my reservation within 24 hours for the last 2 weeks. Hmmmm, do we think they have a problem??? I have sent additional messages also with no response... perhaps they have gone out of business?

Excellent rooms facing the river and the mountains, great staff always willing to help, impeccable cleanliness. The restaurant is small but the food quality is good, and the breakfast service is pretty decent.

As people said view is awesome. Staff very nice. Food not good, Toto's I think hotel has tie up w the particular hotel, I would never go back to this hotel even for cup of coffee. Great location, near to train station, room was very comfortable, I think overall good place to stay but not to eat.

Incredible rooms overlooking rushing river. Fireplace, great bathroom, candles(nice touch). Staff very pleasant& in house breakfast good with a nice selection. The only disappointment was the restaurant Toto 's that is included. I would not return to it. The menu was a small sample of the full menu, service mediocre, they charged to add milk to coffee (2 S), a... More

This hotel is on the right side of the tracks running through town and is central for both the train and the early morning buses up to Machu Picchu. Our large comfortable room had a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi which was very soothing at the end of the day. We had a balcony overlooking the river and the hotel... More

This B&B was the most modern and clean of any we have visited in S. America. Room was large and super clean with sliding door facing the river. Bathroom, shower, and tub were all huge with great water pressure and lots of available hot water :) Staff was very friendly. Bottled water, small chocolates, and cookies complimentary. Location: right down... More

Was a little underwhelmed when I stepped into the hotel and into my room. It's definitely a B&B - "homely" at best. The jacuzzi was a nice touch but we just couldn't seem to work it. Anyway, there were so many flies landing in it since our room was next to the river, so wouldn't have been that atmospheric sharing... More

Agua Calientes is charming and we stayed a this hotel overnight. We were wowed by the large room overlooking the river with it's fabulous decor and design. The bathroom was large with a jacuzzi bath which does take a long time to fill but worth the wait after a hard days walking. The river is noisy but not a problem... More
