NO hot water, jacuzzi USELESS, no sitting area. Would prefer to pay more for extra comfort. White noise is very loud. Can't comment on breakfast as not had it yet. No turn down service and nowhere to hang towels.

We recently stayed at this hotel It's location is excellent--very centrally located. The room was gorgeous. It had a heart shaped jacuzzi which was very enticing until we discovered that there was not any hot water. We told the front desk about the problem. They told us that all we needed to do was to let the water run. We... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at Hatun Inti. We were met by David at the train station and escorted to the hotel. We were greeted by Richard and checked our bags before heading off to Machu Picchu. We returned around 4pm and were greeted with a plate of cookies and sweets to take up to our beautiful room... We booked Hatun Inti because we wanted to be able to get to Machu Picchu before the crowds arrived. At first blush, I thought the hotel was expensive but I wanted to be sure of a place to stay. I was pleased to learn that the price included a very good fixed price dinner at the restaurant down the street,... More

My husband and I stayed here at the end of May. It was our overnight stay after doing a one day hike on the Inca Trail. After about 6 hours of hiking, we arrived at the hotel. Check-in was fine and the room was clean. When I went to take a shower for dinner, I found that there was no... More

This hotel looks like nothing from the outside, but inside it is first class. It has a very friendly and helpful staff. It has an elevator which takes you to very large well furnished rooms. The recently remodeled bathroom has a huge jacuzzi and separate shower. Breakfast was excellent also. This hotel is a great value. We would highly recommend... More

Our one night stay at Hatun Inti was extremely comfortable. As gay travelers, we were greeted with respect and kindness. Our room was huge, had a great jacuzzi bathtub, and a shower (with a rainshower head) that had the most consistent heat while in Peru. The hotel is literally a five minute walk from the train station and two minutes... More

We stayed at the Hatun Inti for two days. Our room was overlooking the Urubamba river and had a jacuzzi as well. It was very good to come back to a clean and relaxing hotel after a busy and tiring day hiking Mt. Machu Picchu. The white noise created by the river really helps with sleep, once you get used... The staff is very accommodating. The space is clean, beautiful, very conveniently located. And major bonus points that someone from the hotel was waiting for us AT&T the train station to take us to the hotel. It is about 1.5blocks from train, 2 blocks to get tickets for Machu Picchu and half a block from where you catch the bus.... More

When we arrived at the hotel after a day up on Macchu Picchu (unforgettable and amazing!) it was about 2pm, but clearly most of the rooms were not ready. There were piles of laundry all around the hotel. We were shown to our room, which was situated alongside the thunderous Urubamba river, and it was spacious and clean, with modern... More
