good service; the beds are clean and comfortable; the bathroom perfect with hot shower all the time; the hotel is nearby the train station, the market, restaurants and the busstop for Machu Picchu. We can advise this hotel !

This place is very close to a hostel. Service is quite poor, although a heater was already in the room when we checked in. I asked the housekeeping for a pillowcase for the pillow and was told no, you don't need one. Hot water for the shower was not available (nippy). Don't drink the water. Bottled water only - even... I stayed in the hotel for one night while visiting Machu Picchu and the service was very good, rooms are large, it is next to the river so you sleep with the sound of water next to you. A big bonus is its closeness to the train station and bus terminal. Definitely to recommend.

We enjoyed two nights at La Casita Pequena. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was good. The hotel is close to the bus and train stop and shopping. It’s also across the street from the river - what a wonderful sound to put you to sleep! Also, even though the hotel was officially closed... More

Great location for bus to Machu Picchu--right out the door. Everything us close, restaurants, market, shopping train. Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Pleased with overall value, would stay there again. Only negative would be the noise of people lining up for bus--but like everyone else we wanted to be to Machu Picchu early so it didn't bother us. We... More

It is a very nice place, super clean. The bathroom is good, and we didn't have a problem with the hot water (and we were three person in a room), something that people say it is often a problem in the city (yes, the city calls Aguas Calientes, but apparently thats only in the termal fountains and not in hotels).... I stayed in this hotel recently as my tour company booked it for us. The location is really convenient as it is very close to the bus to Machu Picchu, shopping, plenty of restaurants and the train station. The rooms are a decent size and overall clean. We had two beds in our room and only one had been made... More

The hotel is located just across the river, 3 minutes walking from the train station and 100 meters from the bus stop that takes you to the Machu Picchu. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable with heating and hot water. The hostess is very efficient, she gave us as soon as we arrived all the information we needed:... More

The location can't be beat here. Literally you are steps away from the train station and very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu. The room was big and comfortable with hot water. Wifi was horrible, but who cares, you are in Peru!

We only stayed one night. The location is excellent, at the bus stop to go to Machu Pichu the only draw back is the noise early in the morning of the people lining up to go to the site. The staff is excellent, they gave us tips to avoid service charges charged by some restaurants. In addition they were able... More
