My husband and I had modest expectations for this bed and breakfast since the price was so cheap. So it is an understatement to say that we were pleasantly surprised at the nice hotel, great service and fantastic breakfast! Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Aguas Calientes!

A cute tiny hotel very well located in the town, 7 minute walk from railway station across a slightly gentle slope. The hotel has a view of the river running in front of it hence adds to the pretty quotient. The service was excellent with the hosts willing to offer great advice for any of your queries. They arrange a... More

We stayed here two nights before and after our trip to the ruins. The staff here was the nicest, friendliest and most helpful of any place we stayed in Peru. Nely met us at the train and walked us to the hotel. It has a great location near the main party of the city, but far enough away to be... More

This turned out to be a great little hotel located right by the river in Aguas Calientes. The staff (in particular Nelli) was more than accommodating, and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. The rooms were quaint, and each floor had a nice outdoor sitting area to relax in as well. Would absolutely stay here again if I ever... More

I booked one night at this hotel during my visit to Machu Picchu. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, from the moment I made my online reservation, when Nely and Carlos contacted me to welcome me and ask me if I needed help with any tour reservations; to the moment I checked out and they... I have mixed feelings on this hotel. 1) If you are chemically sensitive at all - stay away! Whatever they use for cleaning chemicals left the rooms with a smell I could not tolerate without a headache - luckily they had one room without this. 2) Are all the rooms in all the hotels of Aguas Calientes this humid? Everything... More

A lot of what makes a difference in a hotel is the overall service. We had the room with two twin beds and one double bed. Nice, large and airy. The double rooms looked much smaller and darker, but ours was clean and nice. What made our stay great was the service provided by Nely. She met us at the... More

Let's face it, people only go to Aguas Calientes to see the justly famous Machu Picchu. They expect little of the base town, and the town delivers little. However, this hotel is an exception to that rule. I almost wish there were more to do in the town so we could have justified another night's stay as it was such... More

Booked the kingsize room after our 4 day trek on the Inca Trail. Welcome treat to fall asleep in such a comfortable & large bed listening to the river outside our window. Very clean, no problem with the WiFi & instant hot water too! Entire staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, which the staff made to order. Wished we... More

We were met at the train station and walked up a few blocks to this charming B&B. Our rooms were comfortable, along the river, close to everything...restaurants, bus and train stations. The bathroom was small, but hot water was not a problem. We traveled with another couple, spending 2 nights in AC and had our own happy hour in one... More
