Terrazas del Inca is what you truly need it to be when visiting the Machu Picchu area. The rooms are clean but basic, modern enough but not super modern nor elegant, with comfortable bedding, and the location next to the river and just a short stroll from the mineral baths is great. The staff is warm and welcoming and eager... More

Nelly met me at the train station (she knew me by my first name Thomas) and was super helpful. She spoke excellent English, pointed out on a map where all the main things were, gave me dining tips and the best room in the house, over looking the lobby and the river. Breakfast starts at 4am so you can catch... More

Cristiano met us at the train station which was great. Both he and the woman who worked during the day were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a room with a king bed which was very comfortable. There was a table and two chairs set up beside the window which looked out onto the pedestrian walkway and the river.... More

This is a small, charming hotel. It is next/infront of river which is really nice. The staff is super helpful and as accomodating as you can wish. They serve breakfast as early as 4:30-5am, which was helpful as we had an early start to Machu Pichu. The hotel is also located within walking distance of the hot springs, pleanty of... More

i went to Machu picchu with two friend and we were delighted with the service of the hotel. All the staff was very kind with us, specially Jorge, the recepcionist. The beds were big and comfortable, a lot of water pressure in the shower, everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. We had a great time in Terrazas del Inca,... More

The staff here were very helpful and kind. They were always helpful with reminders (like ensuring I had my ticket and passport before I went to MP) and offered me an umbrella when it was raining. The breakfast was great; hot coffee, eggs, brea, fruit, yoghurt, granola, etc. The rooms were clean. It's next to the river and you can... More

Terrazas del Inca made our visit to Machu Picchu smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was superb! It included bread, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt with granola and bananas, cheese, and ham. Perfect for a long day of hiking. They also prepared for us sandwiches to take up to MP. They stored our luggage for the day after we checked out, and... More

Very friendly, helpful staff, someone met us at the train station and escorted us to the venue, which is located right across the sidewalk from a great bubbling brook, very tranquil setting. The rooms were nice size with private bath and hot showers. Cooked to order breakfast, [with almost American coffee :-) ]. The price is right too @$55/night.

We were meet by Nellie at the train station and walked to the B&B. All the staff were very friendly and breakfast was adequate. The WiFi was good and the showers were hot. We had checked out the morning of our visit to Machu Picchu but were able to leave a bag and return after Machu Picchu to shower for... More

We stayed here for two nights in order to visit Machu Picchu for two days. We arrived late the first night and were met at the station. He also took us to buy bus tickets for the next day that night, which was great. Wish I could remember his name though! At the front desk I got a lot of... More
