The staff here are so nice and helpful. Even when the power went out through out the whole town they were extremely helpful with making sure everyone was as comfortable as possible. It is a ways from train station and all up hill so not good for a wheelchair, as we found out. But still it was clean and you... More

I'm not sure why people have given this hotel such glowing reviews. It's fine for a one night stay but it's not great. The staff was extremely nice. The bed was firm (a good thing!) and it was clean but there was no pressure at all in the shower and it was noisy outside thee hotel until about midnight. I... More

Super awesome place which has fantastic staff members. My family and I stayed there one night and we were sad we had to catch the train the following day because we wished we could have stayed there longer. It was a hotel that was not so expensive and not not just any cheap hotel either. We were surprised at EVERYTHING... More

This hotel was perfect for our needs in Aguas Calientes. We stayed two nights and went to Machu Picchu on the second day. They told us where to buy our tickets to MP and for the bus and recommended a few excellent restaurants. They reminded us that we needed our passports before going up, which was a real help. We... We stayed for two nights. It was very comfortable and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and very warm. It's a very small hotel with only a few rooms so they are very available to you. Breakfast was pleasant with eggs, bread, and fruit salad. It includes free in room wifi. The one thing to keep in mind is... More

This hotel is on the further end of Aguas Calientes from the train station, but Aguas Calientes is only a few blocks so "far" is really not far. Showers were hot, but be careful because the hot water control in most places is not that great, so when someone flushes or something, you get a burst of hot water. I... More

Really enjoyed our stay here for one night last weekend. The staff were so friendly and helpful, more so than any other place we have stayed in Peru. They allowed us to chill and take a shower after we had trekked Machu Picchu, even though we had technically checked out. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Carlos and staff are super helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast consisted of cereal and yogurt, fruit, bread and jam, eggs, coffee, tea and juice. They were also able to arrange much of our Machu Picchu day before we even arrived which was a tremendous relief to us since we were having so much trouble... More

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. They met us at the train station and led us to the hotel. The breakfast was eggs, traditional bread and jam, and a fruit salad along with juice and coffee. Given how expensive hotels here at the base of Machu Picchu can be, we were very... More
