Like most reviews we only stayed the one night. We were a family of 5 and the hotel provided us with rooms next to each other. Basic room with comfortable bed and bathroom with shower-well equipped and clean. The hotel staff were very accommodating in contacting our guide and setting up a pre-hike meeting to outline times and requirements. This... More

Needed a place to stay near Machu Pichhu.... While most places are exorbitant or dingy, this B&B was perfect - exactly as the title of the review! Clean simple rooms, free wifi, English channels on tv, unlimited tea, simple but frugal breakfast included in the room rate, and super helpful staff are the pluses! The location is also great. Someone... More

Understand that Aguas Calientes serves only one purpose. That is to service travelers, typically for one night only, on their trip to Machu Picchu. Because of this one night only concept, there is absolutely no sense of customer service and establishing a culture of hoping people will return. It simply isn't necessary. Aguas Calientes is devoid of any charm and... More

I found this B&B through TripAdvisor and I have to say that the staff is very nice and helpful, they can arrange tours or even prepare a lunch to go to visit Machupichu. The rooms are very clean and they have what you need to rest after a hike, I was not expecting a tv, but they have which better... More

We just returned from a one night stay on August 8th. We are a family of 6, and the accommodations fit us perfectly. They have a family room that sleeps 4, so we put the kids in that room, and then we had another room with a King bed. Every room had Direct TV, free wi-fi, coffee and coca tea... More

Stayed a night here on August 3rd and was impressed by the personal service. We were met at the station and helped with our luggage to the hotel. Met our guide (Richard) that night arranged thru the hotel. After a great breakfast we spent the next day climbing Waynu Picchu (4000 steps....) and then enjoying our private MP tour with... More

We stayed at Terrazas del Inca B&B for two nights at the end of June, and were very pleased with our stay. A person from the B&B came to meet us at the train station to bring us to the B&B, which is by the river. The town of Aguas Caliente/Machu Picchu Pueblo is pretty small, so everything was within... The hotel is a little further from the bus stop than some other hotels, but it was worth the climb. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the Direct TV connection, free wifi and free breakfast and coco tea (available anytime). The staff stored our luggage for the day while we visited Machu Picchu and also gave... More

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and the staff is pleasant. The accommodations are Ok as long as they don't forget to keep an eye on the gas tank that heats the water. Breakfast is good and for an extra charge staff will pack a bag lunch. Lunch options only listed sandwiches, but at my request, they fixed me an... More

We started here for 1 night whilst visiting Machu Picchu. We were looking for a place to base ourselves that was budget to mid range that was clean and safe. From the moment we walked in the door the staff couldn't have been friendlier or mor helpful. The room we stayed in was nice and clean and had a gorgeous... More
