This hotel is a very good reasonable choice for the tourist haven Aguas Callentes. Now I know why one of our guides said this is the most expensive town in Peru. It is a beautiful isolated town hence why it is expensive. The staff is friendly and the accommodations comfortable. The staff is more than willing to help you and... More

Inti Punku Macchu Picchu Hotel was the perfect overnight for our tour of Machu Picchu. Peru Rail train station is directly across the street, but at a lower level that does not pose a noise problem. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Shopping and restaurants are close by. I especially enjoyed the adjacent Kinwa Restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel grounds are well groomed and crossed with walking paths. The rooms were beautiful. My husband and I, going to the resort at the height of winter, did have to request a room heater, which was promptly delivered. Thee food was exceptional and the vacation was a once in a life time experience.

Beds and rooms are great. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Pillows had mold on them with a clean pillow case but clearly smelled of mold. WiFi is very spotty. I wouldn't mind staying here again but would request better pillows.

I stayed here for one night as a resting place in between my inca trail hike. Very clean, close to the train station with a friendly bilingual staff. The rooms are very small - if there are two people then they're REALLY small but they get the job done. Wifi and Cable TV worked well and the bathroom was spacious... More

I stayed here for 1 night after trekking so I really appreciated the nice long hot shower I had here. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. It's near the train station so it can be quite noisy but I managed to sleep through it. Breakfast was nice. It starts very early.

I think anywhere that was warm and had warm running water would have been great after our unexpected trek through the snow. However additionally, the beds were comfy, there were toiletries provided, and the room was very convenient to the bus to Machu Picchu and the train station back to Cusco. We found the small room very clean and were... More

Basically, it's what you'd expect of an economy-priced hotel in a place where people are staying one night and out. The room was functional, reasonable bed, clean enough, functional but older bathroom fixtures, and yes we had hot water in the shower -- I considered that all I really needed. Our window didn't really latch locked but we were up... More

I originally booked into the Inti Punku Inn and found the 1st floor room too noisy. The manager called the sister property, Inti Punku Machu Picchu, and had me moved into that hotel. The room was in the back away from the train station. The room was clean and quiet and a blessing after several days on the Inca Trail.... More

This hotel was close to the train station, but then again everything is in Aquas Caliente. I was surprised that it was not louder than it was, but since it was close to the train and a main walking road there were constant people outside. With the windows open you had to block the talking and the train sounds out... More
