A good hotel as the brand name Sheraton says. But compared to other sheraton hotel worldwide, it needs to improve its standard. But definitely a good one. The renovated rooms are very good, but not the old ones. more

I stayed at this hotel during my business trip to Lagos, 4nts.... I had stayed here on a previous trip to Nigeria a couple of years ago and I was amazed to see things have not "improved" here!! Staff at the bar and restaurants - as well as porters, cleaners and security are friendly and courteous - but the same... more

I have stayed in this hotel several times and have found it to be a fairly decent place. I have nothing to compare it to in Nigeria but all in all I have no complaints. The hotel isn't far from the airport and seems busy whatever time of year. The rooms are ok and some have been refurbished and have... more

I've been staying in the The Sheraton Lagos on and off for twenty years and I feel it's still the best option in town. The staff are friendly and willing to help when the inevitable problems arise and the security is very good indeed. The food and bar outlets are reasonable and you are not pestered with unwanted guests as... more

I used to live in Lagos and know many places in Nigeria. Lagos of the 80's is different from Lagos in the Millenium but Lagos Sheraton is still a great hotel to visit. The service was good and we really did enjoy our stay there though it was expensive but worth it. We would stay there again. more

The Lagos Sheraton is known as "the place to stay" in Lagos. Unfortunately they are running a money making machine, with very limited competition, so can charge eye wateringly high rates and still fill the place every night. There are lots of airline crew in the hotel, most of the other guests are business visitors like myself. The check in... more

I spent a night in the hotel. The staff and lady manager on duty were all very pleasant. I felt the $600 for a basic room (seventy thousand two hundred Naira) bill was steep but I looked forward to a night of luxury. After 2 minutes in the room, I smelt something musty, I developed a severe allergic reaction and... more

I have stayed here several times on business. As far as African hotels go this is by far the best I have used and it is very secure The staff are friendly and keen to assist. The rooms are of good size, clean and well maintained. Some of the bathrooms are a bit worn round the edges. The bar is... more

Don't expect the same Sheraton standards that you may see in North America or in the Asia Pacific. The hotel stands out as an imposing figure amongst the surrounding buildings. The hotel has guards at the entrance for security purposes. The hotel lobby looks a little dated, but it is large and full of people. You will often see a... more

Second time at the Sheraton Lagos. Stayed on the 3rd floor in one of the recently remodled room. The problem is they forgot to remodle/update the bathrooms. Mold and stains on the tile. Not what you would expect of a Sheraton charging $300 plus per night. But it is the only safe/secure hotel in Lagos in which to stay. You... more
