“Service could have been better for the price”

A top international hotel should check you in quickly. This one didn't and set a bad tone to start with. Very good rooms, as they should be. Nice little pool. Good bar. Expensive limited restuarant - and not that good breakfast selection either. Overall, not as impressive as it should be.

The food was awful. Even standard things like a steak were absolutely terrible. That didn't stop the hotel for charging between 30 and 60 USD for a meal. The service was ok. “Old property recently renovated , nice quiet location”

This is a property which needed serious renovation until few years ago , has a new wing which is well maintained , rooms are also spacious , however hotel needs to revamp its service sometimes it can be slow.With competition intensifying from new properties, it's even more important for the hotel to raise its game

The Moorhouse is not very big in size. Corridor to rooms is very narrow. Room is comfortable enough but housekeeping is poor.
