The first time i walked into Federal Palace Hotel, I thought, this simply has to be the most beautiful hotel in Lagos and I MUST shoot here! Being a film maker I always have my eyes peeled for great locations. We approached the General Manager, Mr David Kliegl with a full on presentation and shaking in our boots because we... More

The hotel has a wonderful ambience and serenity. In a city that is characterised by lots of noise, you'll wonder about the quiet environment at the hotel. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the fine dining. I'm going back soon to enjoy those steaks again.

The Federal Palace Hotel is one of the oldest luxury hotels in Lagos (probably in Nigeria). Refurbished in recent times, it is now a cool & calm oasis in the midst of this hustling & bustling city. Great swimming pool area, nice rooms, good restaurants and onsite casino and a whole lot more.

Sun International has hidden a wonderful casino in the old wing of Federal Palace Hotel and have a kitchen and restaurant befitting of royalty. The compliment breakfast is really worth coming down for in morning.

This is one of the oldest established hotels on the Island. It still retains this old charm and character. There is a recent addition to one part of it that gives it a new and modern ambience. We checked a colleague into the room. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. It costs about $500 USD per night. We made use... More

I was in rush to enter my car after the driver came up the car port. This was precisely at 9:55 a.m. Local time (GMT +1) on the 8th of December 2014. I suddenly went down on my back and buttocks as my legs suddenly slipped forward. I took stock of what happened and observed a bevel on the tarmacadam... More

I stayed at the Federal Palace on business from Nov. 9th to 14th and had a fantastic stay. Great room, great swimming pool, great service from all staff in all areas, housekeeping, reservations, car booking, restaurants etc. The location is also ideal. There was only a slight misstep when I settled my bill. My card was rejected due to a... More

I am in Lagos conducting customer service training and happened to stay in the Federal Palace Hotel. My staff made the right decision. We have stayed in a number of Lagos hotels and have to say FP is the best so far. The customer service in FP far exceeds what we usually receive. The Internet was not as strong as... More
